First time here and they have so many different kinds of dresses. Came here for bridesmaid dresses and Ashley really helped us out and provided incredible customer service. They take your measurements if you don’t know them and it’s a lot of fun to try on the dresses and accessories. The dresses are beautiful.

My best friend is having a 1920’s inspired wedding, after tons of searching online we find one here, and it’s on sale… only problem it was only available online! We tried on a few dresses which were similar but didn’t really compete with the dress we had all really liked, that’s where Ashley stepped in, she was able to get the dresses ordered in our sizes we’ll be back in a week or so to try it on!
On a side note there are tons of cute dresses for all different occasions, heels, slips, nylons, and a whole lot of accessories to mix and match! Can’t wait to come back

I was really excited when the employees at Unique Vintage told me they would be remodeling the whole store, and given that this was one of my stores that I would visit often (too often) to find some pretty dresses, I was pretty disappointed to find that the selection seems to be less now that they have redecorated. While the store looks a bit more spruced up, and feels more modern and trendy, I can’t help but compare to before when I would be able to find several dresses and skirts to try on (and inevitably purchase). The skirt selection in particular seems to be less, and there appears to be more of an emphasis on their sleek and stylish dresses as opposed to their previous large selection of casual, daytime appropriate dresses. I will still be going to this store regularly, as it’s hard to find a good store that has new vintage clothing, but I definitely miss the selection they used to have before they remodeled.

Drove out from west LA to check out the shop. I was not disappointed. The store was big and fully stocked with a variety of items. There were only about 4 customers so the sales associates were very attentive to me. Keep in mind this is vintage reproduction clothing so the prices are a little high but nothing completely outrageous you’d probably find at department stores. Definitely will be back.

I am from NYC and I purchased a dress on the website for a 1920s party on new years eve. The customer service over the phone was wonderful. They went above and beyond to make sure my dress was shipped out to make my deadline and even followed up with a personal email once it was shipped. Unfortunately the dress didnt fit so i went to the store when i was in Burbank CA. I am so glad I did! Online photos don’t do the dresses justice! The sales people in the retail shop were lovely and super helpful when it came to selecting a dress. Customer service is a lost art and I am thrilled to have found a shop that values it. There was plenty of selection and my only problem was that I wanted to buy the whole store. I am very happy with my dress and I have received many compliments! I will be back next time I am in California!

I came in the store today to check out some of their vintage plus size collection for a Christmas party. I was greeted with a warm hello, but when I asked questions about dresses the girl answered very briskly and pointed at a dress across the store. She seemed more interested in anything else but assisting me.
There was only one other customer in the store and she being taken care of by the other employee. The girl who was helping me was gone as soon as I turned around to begin my search.
I give this place one star because the atmosphere is adorable, and the selection seems decent if you know what you’re looking for. But if you’re looking for help or service, this is not somewhere you should go. The prices are expensive, but it is a specialty store, so that seems typical, most dresses are over $ 100.
I just wish I would have been treated with a bit more respect. I prefer to support local business’s if I can, but I don’t think I will be going back. There is a pinup boutique down the street that gave me excellent service and help!

I really like this site. Everything is easy to view and they offer great size options. The options for vintage looks are wide ranging, fresh, and affordable.
What is better is their customer service. I ordered an outfit and waited 2weeks as it was on back order and I had a month cushion before my event. On week three it was discovered the manufacture was out and wouldn’t make more.
I explained my need and Jina and Candace went above and beyond to help me out. They searched their stock online and in the store and a day later ended up getting half of the outfit for me. A suggestion through email (of which they were more than responsive) helped me locate the other half of the outfit. A week later I had the entire discontinued item.
Through my whole order the part I received and the back ordered item i got later, I was treated like the only customer they had. This kind of service is probably reserved for repeat high dollar customers at other stores but unique vintage treated me — a new customer… like royalty.

I first heard about this place by googling a red and black dress. One of the links took me to the unique vintage website where I found beautiful selections of clothing. I personally loved the vintage style and loved the different eras they had in stock.
Staff is super friendly and I was greeted at the door by two adorable pups!
The whole store was clean and well organized. Dressing rooms are cute. Unfortunately the dress I was looking for was not in the store. So one of the staff ordered it for me and I got it in days! It’s so beautiful! I’m really happy and will be a returning customer. :)
