Best kids shoe store in the mall. Love the selection of shoes they have. I never leave empty handed. They always have great shoes on sale and the girls that work there are good at suggesting which brand is good. Last couple of times I went the was a small skinny girl with glasses helping me, she was very upbeat and helpful. I loved how she interacted with my daughter. Keep it up Shoe Tree.

I’m not sure who the other reviewers got when they visited, but the young lady who«helped» us today was obviously not interested in being of any assistance, nor in making any sale. The method to the store is that you pick a shoe along the wall, bring it to her, upon which she disappears in the back, and comes back empty handed because they don’t have the size that my son needs. But she won’t suggest different models, or bring something similar. When I finally asked all the shoes of that brand in that size, she brought both boys’ and girls’; I’m not sure if it was to slight us for the work we were giving her, or if she did not even look. You’re on your own to try the shoes if she finds any, and if you ask about sizes she’ll hand you a plastic sizing chart. Note that through all this we were alone in the store with her… The prices are the same that you’d get online. So why go there? PS The same store in the Glendale Galleria is not much better.

This was the fist time visiting this mall and was also a first shoe store visit for my son and I, but I wanted to be sure I bought him the«perfect first toddler shoes». I was looking for something with soft soles and grip –lucky us, there were many cute styles and colors to choose from. =) The associate was very knowledgeable about sizes for toddlers and she gave me good shoe advice too. I bought 2 pairs of shoes(both See Kai Run) one was regular priced and the other the sales associate suggested to me from the sale section. I liked that were not rushed and the gal was attentive to our needs. I wish I had gotten the gal’s name and given her a mention here! Anyway, my son and I were very happy campers! –He walked out of the store with his new shoes on! Where to park: This store is located near the children’s play area called the Backlot Adventure on the first floor in front of Macy’s. You’ll probably want to park in Macy’s East garage.(Don’t park in the West garage next to Macy’s, there is no ramp if you have a stroller! Just some strange, handicap contraption). Btw, thank you Unilocalers for the posts, I read them before heading out to Burbank! =)

This is by far the best shoe store for kids! Throw Stride Right out the window… if you are looking for stylish shoes, all the right brands and helpful sales staff… go here! They have See Kai Run, Converse, Vans, etc. all in one place with many styles, colors and sizes. I always have a hard time finding stylish shoes for my kids at an actual store and hate buying these things online because of the fit. Everything is in one place. They also have cute rock and roll shirts that make great gifts as well as a few other items. I’m a repeat customer and super happy with EVERYTHING I have ever bought from them!

Down in the deepest and darkest corner of The Burbank Mall, The Media Center, rests this gem… A children’s shoe store that actually had shoes cute enough to put on most kid’s feet. They stock Vans, Adidas, Puma, Lamb and other brands I’m just not hip enough to recognize. The place is owned by the people from Red Zone so there’s also a great supply of toddler t-shirts feature rock bands past and present. Make sure you say hi to Roxy, she is a great example of the small business customer service most retail establishments are missing these days.
