This place is a joke. They give you an appointment at 11:00am and the doctor doesn’t even show up until 12:00 — 12:30pm. And guess what what do they say? «if you don’t wanna wait you can leave» attitude with 0 respect. this is not one time stuff that I’m complaining about. Everytime they do this. They don’t care about the patients. They even changed my grandmas insurance 3 – 4 times without letting her know. Her colonoscopy got cancelled because of this. When my grandma asked for an appointment saying I’m sick I need to see the doctor the staff told her if you’re too sick just go to emergency. Engough is enough I guess.

Yay! Excited something worked out when it comes to medical needs as it usually never comes easy. After moving and changing insurance it was time to find a new primary care doctor which is never easy or fun, especially after having the same doctor for so long! After trying out Dr. Zaïre today I’m so happy to have found someone I definitely trust and is so nice/​understanding. Her staff is super helpful too with all my questions and helping me with insurance issues. The wait time was definitely accurate as previously mentioned in other reviews I’ve read but I’ve also yet to go to a doctor that doesn’t have a significant wait time and honestly hers was not the worst I’ve experienced! Isn’t that common sense to know you’re gonna wait when you go to any doctor? Cmon. 10 stars for Zarine!

Amazing doctor, even better staff! They really care about their patients and do their best to accommodate them. Suzie is part of the front office staff and she is incredible! She is kind, professional and is good at what she does. She is a big part of the reason why I continue to visit this doctors office.

Can I give no stars? What’s the point of giving someone an appointment if you are going to leave them sitting in your waiting room for over an hour. IT’S COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL! I have a life to live. Making an appointment is almost as bad. However Dr. Ter-​Poghosyan is a very good and thorough doctor once you get to see her.

The doctor in suite 6 is very kind and gives you lots of attention however the wait time here is very long. I’ve scheduled two appointments via ZocDoc. The first one was three weeks ago, and is the only reason a second appointment was made is to follow up with a treatment plan that did not work. The first visit I was told the doctor was running 15 minutes behind, after waiting 45 minutes I was taken to a room and continued to wait 15 more minutes. I was given a very odd prescription that could «only be filled in this building pharmacy».
As I sit in the waiting room for the 64^th minute now, I pledge to never come back.

I have been going to this office for 7 months… I hate this place … They give you an appointment 3 months later when you call them… When you give blood work they say you would recieave the results in one week and no one calls you… You have to call them constantly to find out your results for 2 months… 2 months later they give you a result… My husband had questions while he was talking to the Dr. He leaves the room… I don’t call that a concerned Dr about patience…
