Starbucks

Coffee was delicious and awesome service.
The guy at the counter was not your stamped barista like usual. He was bold friendly and very helpful, we got to sample different things because we couldn’t make up our mind. My favorite coffee shop around. Great for grabbing an exceptional latte. Cute, small space and friendly, skilled staff.

I have gone here for a few years now and always get a frappaccino. I was told by the worker at the drive thru window that I get these everyday and I should get a rewards card which I have never bothered getting before. Than she says that these drinks will put more weight on me and «I gotta stop». I was humiliated and shocked for her to comment on my weight. Than I go back there today and ordered a chai tea and she asked if I got my rewards card yet and why the different drink. I told her because she made me feel self conscious. She told me she had to say something out of concern for my well being. I told her it made me feel self conscious and she just said again she had to tell me out of concern. I want to know if she tells all overweight people not to buy the frappaccinos or just really big people like me? I am still humiliated over the situation because she is saying it at the drive thru window with other employees standing there looking at me. I guess I don’t fit the image of the typical Starbucks customer.

I came here with my sister to get their BOGO holiday drinks. Drinks were good but I wasn’t really blown away by the service. They took forever to make our drinks and I got the vibe that the employees hated the lives. Must be those red cups.

This Starbucks is the main reason I drive the extra 5 mins to the one in Oak Lawn. They always forget about my breakfast sandwiches every time I go. I usually try to do the drive thru on a weekday morning around 8am… AVOID THIS! They are the slowest and most unorganized starbucks staff. They give you a dirty look when you ask for the receipt, AND when you tell them they gave your the wrong order, which has happened to me 3 times at this location. Maybe take some more advice from the staff and manager at the Oak Lawn location… they way better manners and better quicker service over all. Even a happier more personable staff.

Poor customer service, no breakfast sandwiches, lots of excuses. 2^nd time here… Same story, so I’ll just tell the recent tail.
Went through the drive through placed a 25 dollar order. We were already displeased with the product availability, or lack there of, and then they forgot a drink. I reminded them and they said it was coming. Only they hadn’t started it, and we could tell because when we got it 30 seconds later, it definitely wasn’t what we ordered.
Somewhat apologetic. Do yourself a favor though, go to another Starbucks to avoid this type of experience.

No lattes??? You had one job! Thanks for the warning before I had to sit in the drive thru for 15 mins. Worst Starbucks ever!

Asked for a cappuccino and they gave me a coffee which I never drink got my order wrong the 1^st time I tried that location.

I’ve been here a couple of times to use their wifi. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. Every time I come here my order is wrong. All I asked for today was three shots of espresso. Guess what I got water! All it was was One shot of espresso and the rest filled with water! I cannot believe this I am so pissed!!! I need to remind myself that even if it’s close to always go to a different starbucks. out of the 20 times I’ve been here they only got my order right maybe once… Most Annoying thing ever. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I wish the two chicks from behind the espresso machine cared more about making my drink rite as they did talking about there personal business.

Fall is here and so are the fall flavors. On Monday I got a Venti Salt Caramel Mocha, soy and light whip. It was a pleasant caramel with a hint of salt and mocha flavor behind. Very nice.
Tuesday I got the same drink and it was like drinking a chocolate milk, no caramel flavor or hint of salt. I went there Wednesday morning and walked in instead of using the drive thru. I explained my issue with the previous coffee to the black girl and she replied, «Do you want light mocha.» I stated I would like the coffee made right, like on Monday. I got no response, just $ 6.07 please. Worst of all I got the chocolate drink again. Time for a new Starbucks. To get a Meh attitude and a bad coffee twice is enough to go elsewhere.

Easy to get into. I asked for light ice and he did it just right. Very polite and greeted me right away when I walked in. To bad I don’t live close to this store.

Worst customer service… very biased when it comes to greeting or serving customers. I don’t know about afternoon staff. I prefer to drive to other locations if I can.

Returned to this location the day after to inform them that my latte was missing the milk and her reply was, «another latte complaint».
They offered no free latte and did not apologize for the previous days workers mistake. I do not recommend this location at all because we waited at the counter five minutes before someone took our order. We were the only customers at the counter!!!

I love my girl’s in the drive thru at this location. They are very friendly and they never mess up my order.

Flies once again invade my space. What is it with flies at Starbucks? OK location and pretty good service. Grande Passion Tea (cold.)

Service. Sevice. Service. There is always something to be said about service especially when it’s lacking like it is here. And the only reason that I went out of my way to go to this particular Starbucks was the one I usually go to had no power.
Ordered a vente, got a grande
Ordered a triple, got something that was suppose to be coffee but in reality was just brown water
Ordered a breakfast sandwich had to go back and ask them where it was.
Safe to say won’t be going back anytime soon

One of my favorite Starbucks to poop in.
Parking my truck outside, dodging the sheep, and making a beeline straight for the head, normally I can get in unnoticed, this time she sees me, a nod and a smile, «good morning.» I hesitate and answer back, «hey». Drats, foiled again. Thinking to myself as I sit on the not so cold seat, should I buy something? maybe a small coffee, what the hell. Fuck that, over two bucks, I can get a large at my bakery for $ 1.05. God damn it.
My business takes about ten minutes, I decide to exit quickly and turn immediately left and exit the franchise, I open the door bam! right into a mop bucket, a short middle aged woman flashes a big smile at me, «oh good morning.» I smile back, «how are you this morning?» «Just fine» she answers, the place is empty, two baristas and a manager are smiling right at me, god damn it I think to myself.
One small coffee please.
The Starbucks blend is built for additions, I don’t think it stands on its own, but I hate those milk shakes disguised as coffee, almost as much as I hate the people who line up in the drive thru to get them.
A bit astringent, smokey, but not a pleasant smokiness. Don’t get me wrong, I am not one of those Dunkin Donuts believers either. I prefer my Joe from a French press, my favorite coffees have been from Inteligentsia, Sip, and the Bourgouis Pig. This tastes burnt, not pleasant, and at Twice what I normally pay for something I don’t care for, damn it.
If I had the means, I would drink great coffee often, but I still wouldn’t drink Starbucks.

Closest Starbucks to my house, but I only go here as a last resort — and I LOVE Starbucks. The manager here is rude. Every single time I go there, she is ‘going off’ of employees — in front of customers. I don’t know how those employees put up with her.
