Great quality and customer service. Everyone is extremely nice. This business cares about their customer’s satisfaction.

Quality window blinds is the best around. Victor came to my house and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. He gave suggestions and I chose the shutters that I thought was the best. I shopped around and this was the lowest price. The installation took less than an hour and I’m extremely happy with how my living room looks with my shutters. I will definitely call Victor again when we do the other rooms in the house.

i have five double hung wood windows in the front of my house and was told by another company that there wasn’t enough room for miniblinds to be mounted inside the window frame. Fortunately, I contacted Quality Blinds and the owner, Victor, came to my home and assured me that inside mounts would work and provide more privacy. Two weeks later, my blinds were installed (Francisco was polite, efficient and quick!) and they look great. I believe in supporting local businesses and would highly recommend Quality Blinds.

I had the task of finding a company to order and install a large amount of name-​brand window shades for newly renovated offices where I work. I got quotes from three companies (one of them a big name that you would recognize), and Quality Blinds came at a much, MUCH better price than each of the other companies. The owner was leaning towards the well-​known company, but I had a good feeling and pushed to use Quality Blinds. So glad I did! Victor was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable during our consultation and his installer Francisco (and even their appointment scheduler Christian) has been wonderful to work with, too. The window shades look great and we are already making arrangements to order more through this company. Thanks guys!

From the first moment that I met my salesperson, Victor, the entire process was smooth sailing. He did a great job acting as consultant and going over all of the viable options with me. At the end of the day, the blinds and shades that I selected were the best fit for my place. Moreover, the price was fair, the delivery and installation was fast, and now my place looks exceptional.
Five stars for this company and I will definitely recommend them to anybody who needs to have their window dressing done and done right!

Sure wish I could remember the name of the guy who answered the phone the first time I called. He was amazing — so helpful and patient with me as I gave him my rambling, confusing description of my dilemma. I had accidentally damaged the cord that pulls the blinds up and I needed to have it restrung. When I needed to remove a section of the blinds on our French doors during our phone conversation in order to answer his question and help me determine what was needed, he took the time to walk me through that process step by step. When I brought the blinds in, I met both Victor and the other guy whose name I forget. They were wonderful. A couple of days later, I picked up the blinds. The cord they put in was better than the original cord was when it was brand new. The pricing was great, the quality of the work was top-​notch, and the customer service was excellent.

I stopped by the store and met the owner and set-​up a appointment for an estimate later that same day. Victor arrived on time and started to measure the windows I wanted blinds for, I chose the two inch mini blinds and picked the color I wanted from the assortment of color choices I was given, Victor gave me a fair price that I agreed to and I was told it would take about two weeks for the blinds to arrive.
Two weeks later I received a call that the blinds arrived and when would I like them installed, I set it up for a Saturday and the installation took about 20 minutes with no problem.
I would use Quality window Blinds in the future and recommend them.
One side note: Since they are custom ordered you are asked to pay half the price of the total on the spot and Victor will accept post dated checks.

I have used Quality Window Blinds for every window treatment I’ve needed in my house (and we have LOTS of windows!) Victor is fantastic and I cannot recommend him and his company enough. Years ago I used some catalog/​online to order blackout window shades and it took OVER A YEAR TO GET THE ORDER RIGHT. No more; I now deal with Victor and get what I order done right within days.
