I have only worked out at this gym a few times so far but everything I see its a great boxing gym. The owner is very friendly and open to newcomers. There are plenty of heavy bags, a couple speed bags, jump rope and a ring to do most of your training. Spacing can be a little tight at times and there is not much in terms of a weight room or cardio section but if you need pure boxing work everything needed is there. A ring and plenty of bags to get your work in. Additionally, a day pass for $ 10 seems very reasonable.

I have found my boxing gym! Really amazing atmosphere, everyone is incredibly nice and the workouts are amazing. The hardest hour of my life is my training with Joey, but it is worth it. I highly recommend going here, it’s hard to find a place that is clean, managed well and that the owner and everyone that works there takes the time to get to know you as a person. Highly Recommend!

Found my boxing gym! John & Joey are great. They have evening boxing classes on Tue. & Thur. @ 7:30 and trust me you will ALWAYS get a great workout! They also have a kids class on wed & Sat, my daughter really enjoys her class with Xavier. Parking is good too, never really have trouble finding a parking space. Everyone is so nice and helpful. YES 5 Stars :)
