Praz Pure Water

I bought a commercial grade water softener along with a reverse osmosis system from Praz Pure Water, Inc. I had it installed in January 2014 and i would like you to know that I am very happy with my purchase. Mr. Artur was very helpful on the phone. Also the installation was provided in a very professional manner. I will be suggesting to my friends and anyone to hire them.

I purchased Praz Pure Water softener for about a year now for the whole house and it works perfect, and 3 months ago i also bought the hot a cold water machine and the water faucet and it tastes really good. I would recommend anyone to hire them

I purchased the water softener for the whole house couple of months ago and I hate it… There is no difference in the water. They will try to sell you the softener claiming it will not leave no water marks on your glass shower doors, stainless steel appliances and vanities which is NOT TRUE. The same water marks are left behind with each use and see no difference. This was a total waste of money. I wish there were reviews before I purchased it as I would of taken it under consideration and not be out of pocket of couple grand’s $$$. My advise is to save your money and do NOT purchase the commercial grade (what they call it at Praz Pure Water) water softener. Now that I am complaining to the company about their product, they said they can’t do anything about it and there is no returns. This is very upsetting as what they said this water softener will do does not even do. This is all false marketing. You can go to Home depot and purchase a softener for $ 300.00 and place it yourself if you wish to have a water softener.
