Sam Prusa and his team were amazing! I actually had them out on 2 separate occasions where I had leaks from an air conditioning unit and a toliet into the tenants apartment downstairs. They were on the scene immediately, both times and handled everything A-​Z in the utmost professional and timely manner. Highly experienced in his trade and very kind and knowledgeable not to mention dealt with my insurance company so I didn’t have to do a thing! Thanks Sam, hope I don’t need you again but in the event I do, you know I’ll be calling you!
