This restaurant wouldn’t run without David. He is so professional and an incomparable employee. Thanks, David

The drive-thru took forever, but more importantly, I truly believe this place gave me the stomach flu. Had lunch there Friday, and symptoms started Jan 1st, around 2AM. Do the employees wear gloves?

While I wait for my tire rotation at Costco’s Tire Center, I thought I’d grab some breakfast from the most convenient place, this corner McDonald’s. The location does not look as though it would get much traffic, but it ever. Be aware! If you turn into this McDonald’s, you can basically only head east on Burbank Blvd. or south on N. Victory when you head out. I came in, ordered a Number 4, which is 2 sausage McMuffins with egg. I literally got it with a minute. They are really prepared for the breakfast rush. My only disappointment is that I substituted a coffee for a soda cup and the cashier asked, «Medium or Large?» Apparently, it cost more for a medium size. 40 cent to be exact.

We just left the drive thru at this McDonalds and if I could, I’d give this McDonalds negative stars. I just want to say that we were super nice to begin with. We had 2 separate orders to pay for. We got to the window, and the McDonalds employee, named Mary, gave us the total. The driver said, «oh, sorry. Let me grab my wallet». Maybe 20 seconds passed and she repeated in an extremely loud annoying rude voice, «$ 2.18! $ 2.18! $ 2.18!!!». We were so appalled that we didn’t even respond. She handed us our drink. The driver got so mad that she became rude in return. She told Mary«if you want to be, I’ll be rude back. I told you no ice in my drink.» Mary grabbed it back viciously from my friends hand. Then we asked her name. She yelled, «Mary». And I mean she yelled her name. She walked away to grab the meal I had ordered but she was gone for a long time. She walked all the way to the back of the kitchen and she had us wait a whole minute. I’m pretty sure she was spitting in my food. I had the driver drive away because I had lost my appetite. McDonalds on the corner of Victory and Burbank,(across from Costco), you’ve lost our business. I’m calling corporate in the morning. … Oh, and it’s my 23rd birthday today. Mary, thank you for ruining my midnight meal.

This morning I paid a visit to this McDonald’s courtesy of a nail which found its way into my rear driver’s side tire. As I prepared to go to work yesterday afternoon for the night I found the tire to be flat and nail piercing it exclaiming to me, «Yeah I did it!» The tired held pressure long enough for me to finish an 18 hour shift then head straight to the Costco in Burbank where I purchased the tires to get a repair. I had at least a 2 hour wait so I needed somewhere to hang out and maybe eat something to keep me awake. I walked to this McDonald’s first since it is just across the street from Costco. I went inside and promptly walked out. It felt crowded and there was not much seating in the dining area. I thought I would walk south on Victory Blvd to the Burger King a few blocks away but it was closed for the week. So back I trekked to the McDonald’s. The staff was friendly enough(though the young lady was a bit annoyed that I failed to mention I wanted Splenda with my coffee before she served it). This is an extremely small location. In front of the order area there is a small rounded atrium lined with bar style seating. There are a few booths on the side of the building. There is also outdoor seating in the front. The Ladies bathroom was not as clean as I would expect at 7:50AM. The Wifi was fine. They had a flat-screen TV showing what I assume is McDonald’s channel/video. The food was standard McDonald’s food. I stayed there for about 2 hours while my tire was being repaired and rotated. No one seemed to mind my prolonged presence. I appreciate that they let me hang out after I finished my breakfast, but really for such a small place I would have expected it be kept a little cleaner.

Worst McDonald’s ever! The cashier doesn’t know what’s on the menu and puts in our entire order in wrong. He doesn’t seem to care and when we corrected him he didn’t even give us our correct change Bc he couldn’t be bothered! Why work here if you don’t give a crap? DONOTCOMEHERE!

The worst and most inconsistent order accuracy, EVER!!! Honestly, you would think that with an order accuracy screen, the«employees» that work here would occasionally get an order correct, but NO! The only reason, I have given his location a chance is because of its convenience to Costco. Never again! I’m so done.

The employees here at this location is extremly rude. On two diffrent occasions, I experienced the employees being rude. The first time was on the inside and the female cashier would ask me a question but then cut me off in the middle of my answer. The second time was at the drive thru 2nd window and the employee Stephanie had a whole lot of attitude and was extremly rude. The second incident is what drove me to right this Unilocal review. When I got to the 2nd window to receive my food, my order was wrong. I started to tell the employee that it was wrong and she immediately cut me off and told me it was correct. I politely ask for my money back due to her attitude and her knowing better then I what I ordered. After advising her I wanted my money back and she can keep the food she then ask why, I advised her of her lack of professionalism and her attitude. Her response was she didnt have an attitude she just couldnt hear me over the traffic.(If you can’t hear a person, you would ask them to repeat themselves not cut them off and tell them there order is correct) I simply asked again, «Stephanie I would like my money back.» She resonded, «Stephanie is my name!» Attitude? Professionalism? None existent here. I will never visit this location again. There needs to be some customer service training given to the employees here. I will not spend my money at any establishment that gives poor customer service and the employees are rude for no reason at all. It is unacceptable.

This McDonalds is the worse! It should be forced to closed. The place is full of flys, the bathrooms(women and men) do not have soap and employees go in and out from them. The air never works, the tables are all tagged with gang signs and always dirty. Honestly, they should not be allowed to serve food.

I wanted to get a horchata frappé that they had on the menu. The lady charged me for it and then later told me they don’t have it anymore. This place is horribly messy. The kitchen floored was filled with soapy water and they give the worst customer service.

This is another fast food place that warranted a forced one-star( Unilocal really needs to allow for 0 stars) review from me. In reading the other reviews, the issues are somewhat similar so I may be contacting the corporate office to complain as well as there seems to be something shady going on in terms of employees handling cash. Around 9am on 08÷17÷14, my friend and I were passing through on our way to Canyon Country to pick up a box spring for my new mattress. We stopped to use the restroom and to order breakfast. I am usually very tolerating of language barriers and try to give people a chance… except when it comes to cashiers or drive thrus. Why any manager would put any person who has the most difficulty comprehending orders to take customer orders at a worldwide chain is beyond me. This happens quite frequently and is very irritating. If I was at a hole-in-the-wall native restaurant somewhere, then I would not be complaining. I ordered from the budget menu-2 sausage mcmuffins with egg for 3.79, a coffee, and iced tea. This came out to around $ 7. We got back to the car and my friend complained that there was no egg. I took the sandwiches back and the same cashier said, «You did not order egg», I pointed to the menu behind him and explained to him what I had ordered. Mind you, there had only been one other customer after me-they were not busy at that time. He said that it would be another $ 4 because he had to charge me for sausage mcmuffins with egg. I reminded him that I already paid for most of the sandwiches. Since it was his mistake for not properly understanding the order, I was expecting him to tell the line cook to slap on some eggs and call it a day. I slowly tried to tell him that it should not cost over $ 10 for this breakfast. And if he really did think I ordered sausage without egg, my meal would have been under $ 5. I would have thought maybe another $ 2 was reasonable. He explained that he was not charging me tax, whatever that meant, since he never rang up an order for the 2 eggs to demonstrate that I was not being jipped. Because my friend was getting impatient and she is diabetic, I handed him the cash(he never gave me the receipt), grabbed the sandwiches and left. If I was alone, I would have asked for my money back and left the food. The manager came out to ask why I did not order any drinks with my meal-where was she this entire time? This location is tiny so where she was standing when I was slowly talking to her staff, she should have taken the 2 steps to intervene. I am not a morning person, so this experience made me extra grumpy. I reminded my friend that we could have gone to Carl’s Jr like I had wanted to for better breakfast sandwiches as well better quality and prices.

The drive-through on Saturday(July 5) at 11:30pm was an example of terrible customer service. Every order was answered with attitude. We were greeted with a rude greeting. Just terrible when you consider In-N-Out is down the street. Likely won’t be back to this location, an embarrassment to McDonalds everywhere.

This is the WORST McDonalds EVER! Not only do they almost never seem to take credit or debit cards at night, the night manager and employees hardly speak or even understand english. Last night I placed my order 3x before being asked to come to the window to place my order again and they still didn’t understand my order face to face! Luckily they did finally get my order right! AVOIDTHIS McD’S UNLESSYOUSPEAKSPANISH!

I promised my son a happy meal, so I went to this tiny little McDonalds. If there are 3 people in line it feels crowded, it’s that small. We ate outside and two different sets of homeless people asked me for money. Not good.

Approximately half of the last dozen times I’ve been to this drive through, I’ve had to just keep driving on through without completing my order. Inside isn’t much better these days. It seems like there’s been a change in staff that has just made this place go completely downhill. I’ve lived nearby for 4 years and the last 2 it’s REALLY gone down. So what are the problems? In the past 2 years, I haven’t had a single visit where someone completely understood and got my order right, because of a language barrier. Even when other people were ordering, you have to ask the same things over and over before they get it right and then it’s a roll of the dice on something as simple as «no bacon» or «extra pickles» being made correctly. The dining room is always dirty. The store manager is not only rude, but completely unfriendly. One day a few weeks ago, one of the drive thru crew members was having a hard time making a chocolate dipped cone for someone and kept putting the messed up ones into cups. At the end of it, there were about 4 cups sitting there… exactly how many kids were sitting with a family that were all eating dollar items and drinking water and by the looks of the kids, probably didn’t have very much money at all. I asked the manager if he was just going to throw those away and he said yes so I asked if we could just give them to the kids(thinking their parents probably can’t afford it and why not surprise them anyway?!) and he just said«we can’t do that» and hadn’t even finished that simple sentence before turning to walk away from me. Additionally, whenever I’m in there he just seems to be grumpy and scowling. I get it, your job probably REALLY sucks, but that leaves an opportunity for you to CHANGE something and make it a better place and a more enjoyable time for you and your subordinates. If you can’t do that, you shouldn’t be a manager. The dining room is almost always dirty. Salt and crumbs on the tables that are cleared, trays full of trash and sweaty cups on the ones that aren’t and ALWAYS check the seats for ketchup before sitting down ;) There are certain hours that they inexplicably cannot take cards. No hard cash, no food. This can be really inconvenient at times. When they clean the drink machines, they clean them all at once. I don’t drink soda so when I go, I’m getting a coffee or tea drink. Twice now, late night, they have been cleaning the machines and all of those drinks were unavailable because they supposedly were cleaning the machines. I can understand taking them apart one at a time or even 2 at a time but it seems really inconvenient for your customers, the ones who matter and are paying the wages of the less than impressive employees you have… maybe you can make sure we have other options and not just the carbonated kind. Most directions you might be coming from will require you to make, at minimum, one U-turn to be able to get into the extremely small and cramped parking lot. All in all, this is my least favorite McDonald’s now.

This place is getting better. I had numerous horrible experiences here within the past two years that led me to a decision not to ever return. Those experiences included: getting wrong orders, not being understood by staff who don’t understand English, being told by a manager that I needed to learn to speak Spanish if I wanted to order food from this restaurant, and being charged a different amount of money for the same items depending on who the cashier was. Several months ago, my older daughter told me things had gotten better, and I should go check it out. I did. The staff seems to have turned over to a group of individuals who a familiar with the English language. This is a huge plus! I still receive incomplete/wrong orders. I still get charged a different amount of money depending upon cashier. In addition, what ever happened to the limits on the number of items to be placed in the bags(A, B, C, etc.)? And what happened to the double fold of the top of the bag before handing it out the window to a customer? And what happened to wiping off excess soda from the outside of a cup before handing it out the window? I will continue to go here and give my feedback to leadership at this store so they can continue to improve. I am a lover of McDonald’s and the mission of the corporation. I grew up on McD’s cheeseburgers, and my first job at age 15 was as a McD’s drive-thru queen. It really bothers me when I see the basics(which I mentioned above in the«what happened to section) missing from the customer service at McD’s. The devil is in these little details. This store has many opportunities for improvement. As a lean/six sigma expert, I cannot help but see the opportunities and how I could really help McD’s improve their current state. At least they fixed the communication barrier issue. THAT was the deal breaker for me.

Come here when I want to grab a quick burger for lunch. Always go through the drive thru which is VERY quick. The food is always the same and I’ve never had an issue with them messing up my order. The staff is generally friendly.

This McDonalds is really close to where I live. So I go here when I get the craving for something unhealthy. I usually get the Big Mac, the Filet-O-Fish or the chicken /cheeseburgers from the doallar and obviously fries. Also, McDonalds has the best Coke, it just tastes the best! This place has a Drive Thru and a parking lot and an inside but it is kind of small. The big pain here is that it is on a very busy corner so getting in and out can be a bit of a pain. Overall, it is a McDonalds so you kind of know what to expect…
