I had my hair done by Sarah I went I. There looking like bleh. She was so sweet she called me in for a consultation and after swing me for five minutes I went in two days later for my appointment and she knew exactly what to do how I wanted it. He hair cuts are amazing she doesn’t cut too much and I am a huge fan of long hair so when she trimmed my hair it was perfect. I was very happy with how my hair was when I left. She did an ombré just like the picture I showed her go to Sarah you won’t be disappointed. Totally worth it

I have been going to this salon for years. I was referred by my sister and they never fail to disappoint. Connie is amazing and am proud to not only be her client but now her friend. She is always honest with what my hair needs and never tries to add on services I don’t need. I’ve also have my hair done by Lea, Wendy and Ingrid and they are all fabulous. This is definitely a great find in the valley.

I found Ingrid on Instagram, I was afraid to know how much getting my hair by her would cost since she has an abundance of followers on IG and had already been quoted very HIGH out of my budget prices by other «insta-​famous» stylist. I went in for a consult about 3wks prior to my appt the receptionist Alyssa was super friendly offered coffee/​water while I waited. Ingrid was super sweet, straight to the point and realistic about my options (as far as what colors my dark brown hair would actually pick up) anyway ! I now have half a head of green hair and I totally love it ! My hair is super soft still which is the best part ! I highly recommend giving her a call :)

I really love this hair salon. I have been coming here for a couple years now, and everyone is always super friendly. Ingrid does my hair and she is amazing and always makes my hair look awesome. I have been putting in alternative colors for the past few years, and she is really good with colored hair. I trust her completely and totally, and really would have a hard time trusting anyone else with anything to do with my hair.

got a same day appointment at 7 which was perfect as I work 9 to 5. The receptionist on the phone was very sweet.
I went in only for a haircut and was very impressed by how Sarah took her time cutting my hair and styling it. This is seriously one of the best haircuts I’ve ever gotten. She was also knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about possibly dying my hair platinum blonde (my hair is currently dark brown). I do plan on going back and requesting Sarah. The salon has a great ambiance. would definitely recommend to all my friends.

There is no where else on the globe that you should be getting your haircut.

I’m not one to frequent salons, as my schedule is super busy throughout the year. However, my birthday was coming up and I wanted to do something special for myself, so after some research I decided that I wanted to do a purple ombré on my hair (my fav color). I found Ingrid on social media and liked her work, and so I finally called Lola & Roxy’s and booked an appointment three weeks out — which was right before my birthday. Three weeks seemed like forever, as I was really looking forward to doing something different to my hair.
When I arrived at the salon, I was greeted by their receptionist, who was very friendly and offered me something to drink as I waited for Ingrid. I was equipped with several pictures of the look I wanted to achieve during my appointment. During my consultation Ingrid informed me that bleach would be required to pre-​lighten my hair before she could put the purple on, which I did not want to do. She said that she could lighten my hair with a dye instead, and could then apply the purple, but that it may not be as vivid as some of the photos; she informed me that with this procedure, it could last about 6 weeks.
Unfortunately, the purple only lasted ONE WEEK! Had I known this, I would not have spent almost $ 200 on a look that would only last one week. Had I known that the color would be gone in a week, I would have contemplated going with the bleach first. After one week, the purple was gone and all that was left was a mediocre-​brown ombré-​ish look. And to my horror, after two weeks my ends starting to fade to a really weird green/​gray color. At this point it has been over one month and I’m embarrassed to even wear my hair down.
I let Ingrid know what was going on with my hair and she said that she would have to redo the entire process with bleach to achieve a more vivid, longer-​lasting purple. After spending nearly $ 200 the first time, I did not want to spend another $ 140 (the price she quoted to redo the color) for something I thought I was going to get in the first place. Later, Ingrid offered to do the purple color again, but what was the point if it was only going to last a week again?
In 2014 I only had my hair trimmed once for a grand total of $ 50, and within the first two months of 2015 I wasn’t about to drop $ 340 on my hair (I’m a teacher, you know how that goes). This experience has been my biggest regret of 2015.

The stylists here are so sweet and adorable. They do each others’ and their own hair and they are like, icons. I get my hair done by Ingrid. I’ve been going to her for years.

I went to Ingrid based on a referral from a mutual friend of ours & seeing her work on her social media just encouraged my idea to visit her.
Naturally, I have dark hair but I love to lighten it up when the weather starts to warm up. These past couple of years I had been choosing to do an ombré into blonde. My hair takes forever for the bleach to lift it but Ingrid is always super patient while we wait for it to budge. During the waiting process she is always such a sweetheart & offers to bring me magazines & refreshments. She’s actually been the only one that has gotten my hair to lift as light as I’ve wanted it. Her washes are incredible, a scalp & neck massage to die for!
Needless to say, I always leave so happy with her work, I even add a little pep to my step since my hair is so bouncy! I’m so happy with her being my hair girl because sitting in her chair is always a pleasure.

I discovered Lola and Roxy’s after two solid years of dying my hair BLACK straight from the box. I initially tried to make an appointment with Ruby, but she wasn’t available, and the lady at the desk recommended Wendy. Sure! Couldn’t have been a better decision. Wendy turned my hair from black to a normal, beautiful brown without destroying it. Once you go black it’s hard to go back, but I went back! I’ve been going here for about a year now and I only trust Wendy to do my color. I went ombré over the summer and she nailed it. Looked perfectly natural and gorgeous. Her cuts are always right on as well. I only go to Wendy now and I recommend her to EVERYONE when it comes to color. Plus, everyone here is super friendly and nice and they always offer drinks and snacks. Love this studio!

Ingrid did a good job on dying my hair a pink color. I wish it could have been the purple I really wanted though. It lasted a good month and a half. She was nice and so was the staff. I didn’t hate having to spend 4 hours at a salon like usual.

Needed to find a new manicurist and a friend suggested I visit Gina. Made an appointment and came in for a full set .
Salon is clean and everyone is super friendly.
Gina is right when you walk in. She greeted me the second I walked in the door.
Not only is Gina is highly skilled, she is funny and easy to talk to. My whole visit flew by.
I have received so many compliments on my nails that next time I need to update with a picture.
She by far exceeded my expectations. I am so glad I found her. I definitely will recommend her to my friends.

My kids, and I, have been going to Connie for at least 7 years. Truth is she is the kindest, sweetest lady. She has the ability to know what I’m wanting, even if I don’t. Thank you Connie. See you tomorrow!

Do yourself a huge favor and go here for all your hair care needs. I love it! Ruby is AMAZING and while I’ve never had my hair done by Connie, I can say she’s delightful to be around and runs a cool business. My profile picture shows my hair and makeup as done by Ruby, and I think she did a great job! I’d say they are moderately priced for the area and you get really high quality results. Plus they always have saltwater taffy, which brings me joy. I had such a great experience with Ruby that I even wrote an article about her for a lady website. Get into this place ASAP.

I love getting my hair cut! This place has such a terrific vibe, I absolutely love it. I usually have my hair cut by Ingrid who always leaves my boring straight hair flawless. But I’ve seen the work that the other hair dressers bring and you will not leave disappointed. Everyone at the salon is so nice and vibrant. I have been coming here for the last three years, and haven’t walked in to another salon.

I have always struggled with finding a salon that really knows curly thin hair. Connie and Ingrid have been great to not only my hair but also my 8 and 10 year olds. They have a great vibe and really make you feel like you are at your girlfriends house just having a great time.
They are beyond patient with my constant change in hair color. i always leave happy with the end result. If I have any changes they are very accomadating to meet my needs. Love these ladies and so do my hair and daughters!!!

I can’t express enough how amazing Ruby is! Every time I’ve had my hair done elsewhere, I’ve been disappointed. But when I went to Ruby, I almost cried happy tears because I was so happy with how she cut and styled it! She gave me a great retro ‘do! I will gladly make the hour drive for her to work her magic on my precious hair! And she makes me feel comfortable being there! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Listen — I feel pretty guilty about not writing a review a long time ago, but honestly — I want to keep Connie all to myself!
I’ve been following Connie (owner & hairstyle guru) from salon to salon for years and I’m soooo ecstatic that she’s now running her own salon — it’s fun and laid back, just like she is. She’s a rocker chick with a great attitude and getting my hair cut and colored couldn’t possibly be less stressful. She’ll ask what I want or what I’m going for and at this point, I literally just say to her: «Whatever you think will look best — I trust you.» And trusting her instincts has never steered me wrong — whether it’s the right shade to color/​highlight or whether or not I have the bone structure to pull off a bob with thick bangs.
Connie and her staff are all rock stars and you won’t regret checking them out — just DON’T elbow me out of my scheduled time slot!

Connie and Ingrid are wonderful! My initial appointment with Connie was for a drastic change from bright red to light blonde. Flawless. She talked me through everything and I left with hair sun-​kissed and in great condition. Today I went back to bring it up a couple levels more with Ingrid. Again, perfection. My hair feels like silk and is a gorgeous baby blonde. She gave me a killer haircut and an absolutely delicious scalp massage.
I’ve been in LA for 8 years and have never found a salon that «fit» for me. I finally have found that place in Lola and Roxy’s. Thank you girls!!!
