The employees here have been nothing but kind, courteous and helpful to me. They have helped me out on several occasions and I love these products. The light ribbon is really versatile and the light panels can go just about anywhere and many of them are battery powered. Perfect for so many uses. I love you LiteGear.

Wow, where to begin. These guys are rude to their customers and provide really poor customer service. I had to best a show with their LED technology and their supported DMX controls and when the two products began to have problems they would not send a tech out to provide any support. I’ve never even heard of a company that provides rental gear without support! And the fact that they are so loud about their ties to 728 just makes us all look like a bunch of lazy slobs. With so many LED options out there, LiteGear is at the bottom of my list of suppliers.
