Larry’s Chili Dog

so, it’s currently 5:32pm. didn’t know this place closed at 5pm. but the lights are on, people back there talking, how was I supposed to know they close at 5 fucking pm. as im standing here, in the cold, someone coulda came up & let me know they’re closed. I mean, that would be the courteous thing to do right??? becuz that would be good customer service… but alas, i guess «Larry» is making so much money they can close when the sun is still out… I guess the employees can talk while I stand at the counter, ready to order, albeit, like a fool…
so, while this joint may have good reviews, I’ll never know how the food is becuz you don’t ignore people, potential customs (if you read my reviews, it’s mostly all food reviews). I really hate when a restaurant thinks they can treat people like shit becuz they make «enough» money. im in retail & would never ignore anyone. if they needed directions, change for the meter, no bathroom, sorry on that one kiddies, but you get me people??? I dont patronize Chik-​Fil-​A anymore becuz of their religious views. & now I will not patronize this place becuz as a paying customer, I shouldn’t be ignored.

My new go-​to place for breakfast burritos; they are reasonably priced and as delicious as any I’ve had in Burbank. I have yet to try anything else on the menu, but look forward to sometime soon.

This is a good place to grab something good to eat. I have came here a few times and it’s always good. My favorite thing to get are their breakfast burritos they are the best. The guys that work there are pretty cool and friendly as well. I will keep coming back here for sure.

mmmmmm Breakfast burrito! I know, I know, its a chili dog place but if you love breakfast burritos, this is the place! I don’t believe I have ever seen Larry’s breakfast burrito on any of the «Top Ten List» but it really should be. I order mine with just bacon. There is plenty of bacon and its nice and crisp! If you like things a little spicy ask for extra sauce, its soooo good. They stop making them by 11:00 A.M. and always good to call it in ’cause it does take a minute. Try it, you’ll love it!

Excellent breakfast burritos! They use real cheese unlike that other place on the other side of town that uses processed cheese. Also that other place has too long of a wait and is more expensive.
There is so much flavor in their green sauce. The meat to potato ratio is spot on. This place is a gem and I will be back!

Hmmm where do I start? This place has the BEST!!! BREAKFAST BURRITO I have ever had. I work for a post production company and we made a tradition on buying these for the staff once a week. Also, the green sauce is amazing! Friendly staff and the location is right on the corner. A must stop for a great start of a morning!

One of the best breakfast burritos in LA. And you can’t go wrong with their chili dogs And burgers. Worth the drive for greatness. Dog friendly patio too!

The owner John is legit awesome cool. The breakfast burrito lived up to the hype. If you make the right choices in life you should order bacon sausage ham and eat like a man, and some women. My recommendation is a Guarantee.

The breakfast burritos is so bomb and it’s only $ 5 make sure you stop by and order it.

Every time I come here they’re packed but that doesn’t stop them from having my food ready by the time I come and pick it up. The food is amazing the service is great and did I mention the food is great. The breakfast burrito is off the chain, it’s way better then corner cottage breakfast burrito. At least these burritos taste like breakfast all wrapped into a tortilla not just hash brown in a tortilla. Thanks again guys for the great food

This place is old school. It’s been around for decades and that is because the local love it and treat it like an institution.
It’s just a shack that serves hot dogs, burgers, fries, breakfast burritos and their signature CHILI!!!
I can’t applaud their chili enough. It’s perfect for dressing dogs and burgs! Truly amazing greasy, thick, creamy chili.

It is official. Larry’s Chili Dog is the 8^th wonder of the world. The Breakfast Burrito with Chili is absolute sex on a plate and in my mouth. I would easily trade my soul for another. Get here early as the line can be long. Make sure to add chili. If you don’t like spicy green salsa, ask for it on the side. Also, I wanted to take a picture, but the excitement got the best of me. Enjoy the aftermath.

If you dine in, they will bring your order out.
Limited seating.
Food is made quickly.
Everything was tasty and filling.

They have delicious chili dogs. They are a little pricey. And the wait is usually longer than one would anticipate for hot dogs. But the staff is friendly. It’s close to home. And hey it’s chili dogs.
They have a neon sign that is party of the historic neon sign tour. Thought that was kind of cool.
They have some tables outside, But err take our food home. I keep reading about the breakfast here. I need to get up early one morning and try it out.

I love a good breakfast burrito. Seriously, who doesn’t? I’ve been all over the San Fernando Valley and some places outside seeking the perfect breakfast burrito for my tastes. Larry’s wins. And Larry’s Chili Dogs doesn’t win because this one burrito I had was good that one time. They’re consistent, delicious, spicy, and wonderful.
The menu here is pretty vast, spanning across your usual comfort greasy foods from Onion Rings, Chicken Tenders, the Reuben, turkey burgers, the obvious chili dog, and everything in between. Sadly, I’ve only ever had the breakfast burrito. And this stupid thing keeps me coming back again and again for another. But I sit here gazing up at the menu as I type, I realize they have your classic vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry milkshakes on the menu. Damn. I’m going to come back to try those soon.
The service here is a little bit dry (not rude, just dry), but that’s okay. I want great food. If you can get passed the dryness of the service here, you’ll have a great experience all around.

Ordered Hawaiian Hot Dog with a side of onion rings. A soda also. Food was great! The price was a bit pricy. But it was worth it.
Lunch Price was $ 12 and some change plus tip.
I got there at around noon. I guess I got there early. The line got extremely long for lunch. Seats are limited! Lucky me I got seats with my co-​workers.
What I didn’t expected that they would bring your food to your table. I thought they was just going to call your order. It was an eye opener for me. For a place like this. Anyways food was good! Get there early for lunch and get a seat!

I don’t dine on tube swine but their brekkie burrito is out of control sonnnnnnnnnnnn.

A total gem! I go a veggie dog w relish and mustard — tasty and affordable.

A small mom and pop stand like Larry’s survives by repeat customers and what brings them back? Quality. Larry’s is the real deal delicious. My kids love Larry’s and it is as good as it ever was way back.
They have an Amazing Chili Cheese dog. Their onion rings and fries were tasty. It’s even one of the best breakfast burritos you can get. everything is delicious

Great stuff here at Larry’s! Next is the burger after of course the tasty chili dog and now the polish. It’s nice to eat at a place that feels nostalgic. I am waiting for The Fonz to walk up :-)
