Phoned in my Steak Taco dinner on a Sunday evening and was told 10 minutes. Arrived 10 minutes later and stood at the cash register for 15 minutes with a $ 20 bill in my hand and no one, I mean no one would wait on me. Waitresses were talking behind the counter and having a good time, finally I stopped the waitress in the dining area told her about order I placed and and she said oh yeah. Told her to forget it as I did not want cold food. Went Lucky Burrito on 95th Street and I hag my food in 10 minutes.

Great mexican food, love the burritos stuffed with rice. Very quick to make your order, some of the best guacamole around. Burritos are large and have big portions of food. Steak is well seasoned, flavorful, chicken is outstanding, shredded. If your looking for good mexican, eat here, you will not be disappointed.

Wow this place is great and come hungry because the portions are pretty big and the food was so delicious. The place is nothing special to look at but I’m not grading the deco anyways. This is def. authentic Mexican food. I stopped here before heading to 5 rabbits and I am so glad I did I was so stuffed afterwards with a big smile. I’m glad I found this hole in the wall I will be back.

I have appreciated Jalisco many of times over the years that I been in Burbank area, it has been great service and great food. Recently their prices have gone up and not by a little either: but by a lot, not only have their prices gone go but their quality as well as quantity has gone down significantly, I recently called in and ordered 2 steak nachos and 2 steak tacos and they screwed it up royally, then the woman tries to justify her actions and say well then that’s like $ 30 – 32, I’m like no it’s not its $ 25 at the most! Got food home and there is hardly any meat in any of the dishes, don’t get me wrong I’m not looking for a lot, just some sort of consistency! I found a new home, it’s name is tequila located on 79th and Merrimac, former employees of Jalisco and generous portions… I love tequila it’s fabulous, guess when the employees left, they took the quality of food with them.

Wish I could give them no stars!!! Food was horrible the most disgusting Mexican food I have EVER had! And I eat a lot of Mexican it’s my favorite! Prices were way too high for quality of food! Taco Bell is by far better! I don’t know what kind of Mexican your used too but this is far from good! Not sure how they got so many good reviews? I will never eat here again! Don’t waste your time or money here!

While ordering the waitress (who wears a lot of make up) wasn’t even looking at us and responding to what we were asking.
They brought us the food and forgot tamales and sour cream but left before we could tell them.
They charge 75 cents for a bottle of water because they refuse to serve you free water in a glass even though we bought two cans of soda.
The carne asada plate was $ 12 and there was thin pieces of steak and not a lot either. Not worth the money at all.
Couldn’t believe how ignored we were today. The waitress didn’t check on us once after they served the food. i will never come back and don’t recommend to anyone.

Simple restaurant, sauces weren’t flavorful. Been here multiple times, they have steak tacos and al pastor that I have tried they were alright (Pacos Tacos is the place to be if you are seeking great tacos) my meat was burnt with a crisp. I believe it was the remains of already cooked leftover steak. Service isn’t friendly and they point out the donts rather than making sure you have everything you need or are well taken care of. Needless to say I don’t think will be returning even if I had a little to much to drink.

I was here last Wednesday. The girl with the heavy makeup that took my order was not a happy camper. She seemed annoyed by everything around her. She didn’t say hi, didn’t make eye contact, told me to move since I was in someone’s way, and didn’t thank me at the end. That’s pretty bad service. So that’s the reason for my 3 star rating. Food was pretty good, nothing amazing out of this world, but pretty satisfying. Improve your service for a 4 star!

I have been coming here for over 10 years and the service and food is amazing ! All of their steak dishes are on point and one time I forgot my wallet and they said just pay next time !! Who does that?! I love this place and is my go to late night snack always !!

So rude. Simply ordered tacos with cheese, sour cream, lettuce and tomato. They gave me onion and cilantro with sour cream. That’s not what I ordered.
Instead of remaking the food the woman who wears too much makeup proceeded to argue with me and said you told us to add sour cream. Yes. But I also said cheese, lettuce and tomato.
She threw a mini cup of cheese in the bag and rolled her eyes at me.
Thanks, keep your lettuce and tomato. I’ll take my business elsewhere after going there for the last 15 years… sigh.

This place has the best Mexican food around the Burbank area. Their service is normally great unless you get one of the servers I don’t know her name but she is very rude and pretends she doesn’t hear you. I have never had an issue with anything other than that one server. The food is great like the burrito or tortas. The salsas vary sometimes they’re are extremely spicy sometimes they don’t have a kick at all, so I’m guessing they don’t have a standard recipe. But if you go there make sure you get the spicy carrots, they are very good again the spiciness is different each time I go.

We chose this place based on Unilocal reviews when we couldn’t get a seat at our favorite Mexican place. Thank you Unilocalers for not disappointing us. Fast and friendly service despite how busy they were. Great pork tacos and guacamole ! I loved all the extras too — tons of limes, carrots & jalapeños, and hot sauce.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the dive atmosphere, otherwise this is one of my favorite Mexican places! They have the best steak tacos ever and their chorizo torta is so filling and delicious. I can only eat half and I’m full! Their horchata is really good too and they give you a big basket of chips and salsa if you eat in. I love coming here for some quality Mexican food and the food is consistently good. I have never been disappointed!

It was late night Friday and I was craving Mexican so I decided to give it a try based on reviews and i wasn’t disappointed. I ordered to go the food was good service was friendly I didn’t care much for the rice it was real dry and hard. I would stick with steak products if your ordering here. The food portion was good for the dollar amount I definitely would come back again and try other menu items out.

Late night hunger struck and burritos it was! This place has the best burritos hands down, steak with no beans and extra cheese! I’ve tried their tortas, which is the same thing just on a huge hamburger bun looking bread. Pretty good but the burrito is king. Service is good, place is fairly in good shape and they’re open super late! So you can scratch off McDonald’s and Taco Bell and just come here when hunger calls you late into the night. This is the only Mexican joint I come to. Green sauce, sour cream, avocados (not guacamole), extra cheese, and a glass bottle coke or jarrito make the meal perfect! Tacos are also pretty good! This place is weird because the quality of the food depends on what time of day you go there. If you go for lunch it’s really good… if you go for dinner it’s only so-​so. It’s probably because it’s been sitting out all day. Last time I was there they had the door open (it was hot out) but it let all these flies in that were bothering me while I was trying to eat. Kinda gross.
