Don’t go there. First of all the waxing room has spider webs. they are very polite but they have a problem with being on time even if you scheduled an appointment. And also, I don’t mind them talking to each other but the problem is that they get distracted and end up doing a poorly job.

The service was wonderful but my friend and I were very upset about how the lady there tricked us inti paying a higher price. She saw that we are young college students and decided she could easily decieve us and take advantage of our kindness. I asked her 3 times how much it would cost to get gel nails before we committed to going there because the menu was confusing. My friend and I both heard her saying yeah its 15 $ or 12 $ for gel nails. I was very clear. But at check out she made my friend and I pay 30 $ ! Definitely would not have gone there if i knew it would have cost 30 $ just for gel nails. Very dishonest and it was unappraciated.

Kelly did my eyebrow wax. Luckily she was able to take me right in. Kelly was super friendly and so was the rest of the staff. Salon is very quaint, nothing over the top. Which is perfect for me. Felt very comfortable! And my eyebrows came out beautifully!

Come get waxed by Kelly! she is such a sweetheart, I get my bikini wax done all the time with her and it’s so painless, seriously I am getting waxed as I type this review haha!
There’s no screaming or bleeding, which a lot of salons have done to me because of their crap wax quality and inexperienced wax therapists who don’t know what they’re doing. The wax is soft wax and isn’t scorching hot which is awesome! For an asian sensitive skinned candidate like me bruising on the skin is easy but I don’t have that problem here. 5 star experience seriously and the pricing is extremely
cheap compared to other places.
$ 40 for a full bikini wax! most other places range at $ 60 and up!
It’s in a very safe and nice part of Burbank/​Toluca Lake too

This place is great!!! I come here for Threading services, but I am going to be coming here for my nails as well.
I believe the girl’s name who does my services is Nikki. She is very good! She is precise, quick but not sloppy and is friendly.
They are all very nice and make you comfortable. I never feel rushed and the prices are great too.
They also have discounts for seniors, if you pay in cash, and discounts for students as well. It’s just an awesome business overall and I am so, so happy I finally found a place for my necessary pamper activities.

I’ve been here several times and was always pleased with my mani/​pedi experience. The last 2 times haven’t been as great b/​c someone other than Kelly was doing my nails. I don’t know the woman’s name but she got nail polish all over my cuticles and did a very messy job on my nails. I had to ask Kelly to go back and try to correct the problem. Now when I go I make sure only Kelly does my nails cause she seems to be the only good nail tech there. The only reason I keep going to this nail salon is because it’s right by my job and they have a rewards program.
I really hope Kelly reads these reviews and gets the other employees more training.

Nice and Friendly nail salon that is very clean and sanitary. I like that they use a clean plastic liner for each patron on the foot bath. Great prices and television to watch while massage chairs do their work on your back!

No polish on all of the nail bed and hints of shiny peeping from where she didn’t cover the entire nail with matte top coat. She didn’t even compare the nails so they weren’t the same length in both hands. I have DEFINITELY painted my nails better than this and I’m not a professional nail tech. No. Just no.

Best nails ever! I don’t go to anyone else. Kelly is simply the best! So happy I found her! I spent so long looking for the best nail place in town and I finally found this gem. Kelly has an amazing personality. She is super easy to talk to and very sweet. She is such a hard worker and cares a lot about her customers. She will always do her best to give you the nails you want. Nothing but amazing things to say about her and this place. I love it here!

The staff is always friendly and greet you right at the door. They have ample polish colors, which is always a plus. The technicians really take their time (& not in a bad way) to make sure your nails turn out beautifully.
Very clean and well maintained place. They have free wifi (just ask for the guest password) & they give a 5% discount to anyone paying with cash. Seriously, give them a try and you won’t regret it.

Over an hour of being pampered it is the BEST place in Burbank. …great service comfortable best part is for $ 30 combo you get a fantastic Massage warm lotion warm hot towel and you can just stay and relax until your dry! !

The 5 star reviews don’t lie! Go to Jade now for great service and nail technicians that actually take their time on your nails. That’s right Ladies… No rushing out of your massage chairs, no accidental cuts on your skin, and top coats on your entire nail, not just the middle of your nail.
I had the pleasure of having Kelly as my nail technician for a gel manicure with a nail design. Showed Miss Kelly a photo and she executed the design perfectly. Kelly also had me check my nails to see if I was happy with the shape. The lady that did my pedicure also did a phenomenal job and took her time making sure each nail was shaped perfectly.
They have tons of quality nail colors, both gel and regular. Facilities are clean and maintained. They also have brand new chairs. Thank you to the staff for a great first visit! I will be returning.

Great Nail Salon very clean. I love getting my mani/​pedi with gel here. Came here twice and loved how my nails came out. The gel stayed on for over 3 weeks. Great selection on colors. I recommend the waxing service here. This is my new go to nail salon.

Honestly, at first I was just looking for a nail spa with great prices and good reviews. But Jades Nail Spa is not just a nail spa, but a place for great nails and with wonderful employees.
I went here to get my graduation nails done and the employees not only stayed late to do our nails but did it willingly and kindly. They did a wonderful job and each person in my family left with a big smile. Not only did we have an amazing time, but we left with beautiful nails.
Don’t go anywhere else! This place has the best prices and the best people to talk to and bond with while getting amazing nails.

I went to check out Jade because all of the positive Unilocal reviews and it was great! Very clean as well as a great friendly staff and lots of color options. They also just started a new rewards program with awesome perks and discounts!
Sadly I didn’t have a great experience my last visit. The woman filing my gel off kept filing my skin and it was very painful. She also seemed to struggle cutting my nails and they ended up uneven. Another girl took over to finish and evened them out which I was very grateful for! She also did a nice clean job painting them. Unfortunately when I went to pay I was surprised when she told me how much my manicure was, the prices seemed to have significantly jumped up, that’s when I noticed a price change form on the counter. Bummer. =(

This place does wonderful cleaning up your nail before putting on the polish. No bumps or bubbles. Everyone is very friendly. The color options are ok they should expand on that. I got a nice no chip for $ 27 & my sis got a regular mani $ 12 we both paid w/​debit cards. No real massage but clean & straight to the point. My nails look fab tho!

Just moved to Burbank and never thought it would be so hard to find a new nail shop.
I’m so happy I found Kelly at Jade Nail Spa. She is timely… I did not have to wait around for my apt and she did my nails in fair time. She is confident and efficient– I could tell she knew exactly what she was doing– perfect nail trim, cuticle removal, amazing massage, perfect polish. Good price too. I have found my spot.
AND the place is CLEAN.
