Ok so I rarely write reviews but this time I feel the need to. So I pre-​ordered Black Opps 3 at the Glendale location, however I happened to be in Burbank. So I went to GameStop in Burbank to pick up the game and right off the bat the guy told me since you ordered it in Glendale you have to pick it up from there. Little did he know I over heard the conversation between the customer in front of me and the other worker. The worker clearly said we can transfer from Glendale to Burbank. So I told the guy that I heard her tell the customers that it wouldn’t be a problem. He just gave me this stupid face and picked up the phone called Glendale GameStop and got a simple transfer #. I don’t understand why he wouldn’t give me the option if the option is available? He just didn’t seem to be the nicest person. I think he was the manager I didn’t catch his name. He was a tall bald guy. You deserve this review, next time put a smile on your face and help your customers out instead of trying to avoid doing your job.

Bought rock candy controllers for my PC Gaming. Very cheap prices compared to BestBuy and/​or other gaming stores. Gonna purchase a PS Vita and a PS4 soon. Love their sales!

This GameStop never answers the phone. I’ve been in the store while the phone rings for minutes until it stops and I’m writing this review after calling them myself 4 times and letting it ring for about 4 – 6 minutes each time. It’s still ringing. No, the number isn’t wrong, it’s the one here and on the website.
If you want a question answered, you’re better off calling another GameStop, even if this is the one you end up patronizing. I worked at a GameStop myself over a decade ago and letting the phone go this long was grounds for being fired back then, before retail customer service was made a priority by companies again. Hard to believe this store is exempt from those standards.
2 stars because I’m taking into account how horrible working retail is. I understand you pain dudes, I’ve been there, but pick up the phone.

Not a big gamer, so i seldom ever go into a Gamestop but i was looking for a sleeve for my sons Wii U gamepad and this store was the only one that had the color my son needed.
I called 6 other stores and not one had a black sleeve but this one did. When the guy on the phone said they had i asked if they could please put it on hold for me, and he did (didnt catch his name).
I went in a couple hours later to get it and its a very tiny store and a older guy employee was there, i overheard some of his conversation with a customer and he seemed really knowledgeable, (didnt catch his name) and a female helped me and she seemed really friendly.(didnt catch her name)
Yeah…i know getting their names would have helped but sorry.

I stopped by here today and had a great experience.
The cashier was really friendly, knowledgeable, and even helped me save a few bucks. He looked more like someone who would be teaching a college course rather than working at a GameStop. Anyway, this place is great so come buy stuff here. Thanks for the great service Gino!

This is store has the least helpful staff as compared with other GameStops we have shopped at. The staff is never attentive to my 11 yr old son. Seems like I need to get their attention for him. They are often talking with the other employees without taking care of the people in line. This is especially irritating since the store is very small and needs good customer service.
MUCH prefer the GameStop at the Empire Center. That staff is always very helpful.

I don’t do much gaming but I recently sold my iPhone4 here. Seemed easy enough, there was a short line since there was only one person working and answering questions about upcoming game releases but he got through them rather quickly and I was helped. The selling process was smooth, simple and the representative was really nice and a little humorous.
This location on the 3^rd floor of the Burbank mall with a buch of parking. Pretty easy to get to and it looked like they had a large selection of games to choose from. I’ve already recommended a few friends to sell their phones there as well.

This place is only OK because it sells a bunch of used games.
Very often it gets too crowded in that little store, on top of the line that forms because often there aren’t enough workers.

OK, fuck this place. From now on, Im goin to the one around the corner on Victory Pl. The new management sucks screaming donkey cock. Sorry, that I interupted you from doing whatever the fuck you do manager dude.

Picked up my copy of Call of Duty here. Had no problems. Pretty small location located on the third floor of the mall. Has everything you need and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
