Forever Whiskers Mobile Grooming

I love Amber. I have two dogs. One is great with people the other is careful. Amber was amazing, she made sure the grooming didn’t stress my Lil one out. She’s very patient and her set up is just beautiful. She’s very clean and I love her report card. She writes any issues she finds and if my dogs were good puppies. She always has creative ways of making them look beautiful. And they always smell good. She uses organic shampoo and has a variety of shampoos to fit any need. Thank you Amber.

Today we had our first appointment with Amber and her mobile Forever Whiskers salon and it was an awesome experience! In the past, our two Doodles have always seemed panicked when getting taken to the the groomers and because of this we didn’t take them as often as we should have. Amber is the perfect solution since she comes to us! They looked and smelled great! They seemed to love her as much if not more after being groomed as they did upon meeting her. We look forward to making Forever Whiskers a part of their regular routine! Thank you, Amber!!!

Amber is hands down the greatest at what she does. Making an appointment is very easy, she always responds to text in a timely manner and shows up within the time frame she gives. I have an extremely furry (and active) little Pomeranian and I have had a lot of trouble in the past with groomers who couldn’t work with his long outercoat and thick undercoat so they just ended up shaving him down without even asking. Luckily, Amber has 4 (yes you read that right, FOUR) Pomeranians of her own and does a fantastic job with mine every single time. Whenever I take him for walks pretty much everyone comments on his impeccable grooming which I owe to Amber. I should also mention that my dog is terrified of being groomed or he was in the past but whenever Amber comes to take him to her van he’s relatively calm and much more comfortable with her than the other countless groomers I’ve tried, this makes me more relaxed because I know my dog isn’t locked in a cage somewhere scared with thirty other Unilocaling dogs and a giant scary fan for drying. Thank you Amber, you never disappoint !

My review is based on not being able to reach the groomer.
I’ve made five attempts at contacting this groomer.
The first time, a voice mail suggested text messaging groomer at a number provided, but didn’t repeat the number and I didn’t have a pen ready. I didn’t want to phone again as maybe groomer was with a dog and would return my call?, that didn’t happen.
So I call back the next day, pen at hand ready to write down the number to text, now a voicemail picks up but this time says mail box hasn’t been set up I’m unable to leave a message. OK, fine. I’ll double check the groomers website, no other number listed.
Why is it so difficult to get a hold of someone you want to give business to? If text massaging is the preferred method of communication, shouldn’t you leave a number to be messaged on your website? I made two additional attempts of calling and I’ve had no luck. Based on the reviews, this is the groomer to have on the contingency you can reach them.

Forever Whiskers is wonderful! Amber has been grooming my Bichon for almost a year now. I am 100% happy with every experience! Sammy is 7 and she gets groomed once a month. I used wait until she was overgrown before taking her to a groomer because it was such an ordeal and she had to stay for hours. I have been on a schedule now for months and love it! Sammie gets a little report with her invoice which I LOVE. It’s so personal and fun. The Forever Whiskers van is so cute and clean. Amber is easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. I feel like she doesn’t book more dogs than she can handle because she is always on time.

Amber did both my Yorkies, one of which is very neurotic and nervous. She did a great job and they both looked sweet. I also appreciate how professional she was… explained everything carefully, went over health concerns, etc. Nice experience. Highly recommended.

Amber is awesome. Our dogs totally love her. She arrives on time, is so nice to meet and our dogs look forward to getting their bath (and nails and bandanas too). Holiday time with Amber and Forever Whiskers also means different bandanas for the occasion. We cannot recommend her more… the best ever!

I found Forever Whiskers by coming to Unilocal and looking at the reviews. And yep, I also agree with the other reviews I read. Amber is fantastic!
My cousin, who is a dog groomer and usually grooms my dogs, had to take some time off since her father was very ill, and my 2 dogs were completely grown out and miserable in the heat. I tried to trim my little ones bangs and not so good, I’ll stick to teaching music. Yikes, what to do? I went to Unilocal and called Amber and the result was great. She was very professional, very organized, took all info about the dogs, explained everything she was going to do, asked me what i wanted. Great mobile van, great job! This groomer (Amber) is simply the best. Our dogs (3 Westies) love her and they really appreciate looking so sharp when Amber leaves. The care & time spent is great.

Okay, another in depth review! lol
So I’ve been seeing these mobile dog grooming vans running around town for years now, but have never sought their services. All too often we become complacent and for the sake of routine, simply use the method of least resistance. In this case, a brick and mortar groomer vs. a mobile groomer.
Last fall I lost one of my two precious dogs to cancer. It took quite a toll on the family, and it affected my remaining dog especially hard. Signs of her senior age became glaringly apparent, and her agility decreased rather quickly. Because she is a long hair Shepard-​mix, grooming was always a traumatic experience for her. She has sensitive skin and is prone to mats. Add to that a diagnosis of MS that is weakening the strength in her hind legs, and you have a formula for misery at the groomer.
As luck would have it, the other day I drove past a mobile dog grooming truck and was reminded about that option. After reviewing Unilocal for consumer reviews I selected Amber with FOREVER WHISKERS. She had a 5 star rating from 6 reviewer, and that was good enough for me.
Today Amber came to my home at our scheduled time. She brought a self-​contained, IMMACULATE truck with all the bells and whistles. She introduced herself to my baby, and made her feel comfortable. Amber explained her process, then disappeared behind closed van door for 2 hours. When she was finished, my dog looked amazing. Complete with not 1, but 2 little bows and a bandana.
My experience was excellent and my dog was the center of Amber’s attention. Mobile grooming meant she didn’t need to sit around all day waiting her turn for the next phase of her beautification. Regarding cost? Forever Whiskers is right in line with other high end groomers, but her exclusive on-​premise service was worth every dollar!
I would highly recommend Amber and Forever Whiskers Mobile Grooming to anyone who is considering alternative pet grooming.

As a cat owner, it is very difficult to take your pet cat to get groomed. My cat gets anxious and you can hear her cries from a mile away when she is scared. The owner of Forever Whiskers is a client of mine and I always like to give business to those who give us business. I am so glad I took a chance with my cat! I have never seen my cat become so at ease so quickly. Forever Whiskers was not only the most professional, but so sweet with my baby. She was well groomed, nails clipped and her fur was silky soft. Grooming cats can be a tramatic experience, but my kitty remained happy and playful after her «spa appointment.» She never reacted in a shy or agressive manner. I will forever use Forever Whiskers’ service and recommend them to everyone. Thank you Amber for taking such amazing care of my Cupcake!

Can’t say enough good things! We just adopted a new member into the family and wanted to give her the royal treatment. Had heard buzz of this mobile groomer and we’re so glad we did! Efficient, Friendly, and did amazing work! We’ve definitely found our perma groomer for our newest edition!

I’ve never brought my pitbull brody to a mobile groomer before but a friend had refered me to forever whiskers now ill never go anywhere else! :0) they r awesome w/​him so nice n caring & not @ all intimidated by the fact he’s a «big ol bully breed» not to mention they do a great job he smells n feels cleaner then I could ever get him! Very happy w/​them w/​o a doubt…

A friend recommended Forever Whiskers to me and I had them come to groom Audrey (my standard poodle) twice now and the result has been consistent, amazing work. I am super particular — no poofballs, short but not TOO short, cute little mohawk — and her groomer, Amber, just GOT IT. She did the impossible: exactly what I wanted, but better.
Plus, the price was competitive and they were incredibly clean and professional. I don’t think I’ll be changing groomers any time soon.
Only negative: Audrey’s ego is getting a little too big with all of the fawning and compliments she’s getting. ;-)
