At First Smile, they truly put the patient and family first. While I was home care shopping, I realized that many of these care institutions were not so professional until I found First Smile. I was delighted that my family member’s needs were being taken care of and my requests were being listened to. No shadiness here. Handles hospital discharge with ease and comfort.

Worst experience ever. Rude staff, arrogant, no customer service. Always acted like they were too busy for my needs and kept suggesting a nursing home instead of providing the care I needed. Never received supplies, which I kept asking for. I also kept asking for an OT and PT and was never referred to one. Bad customer service, bad nurses, bad business. A true disappointment!
