Time for a smog test? Look no further than this Burbank institution off the 5 freeway at Alameda. Sam has been testing my 1990 Land Cruiser for years — he’s awesome! Sam’s not bad either. One of the lowest prices around (no extra ‘certificate’ fee) and Sam really goes the extra mile for you. When registration demands ‘smog,’ you are going to thank me. A hit!

I’ve brought all my vehicles here for smog checks for years. Always as quick as possible, no hassle.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that I usually go in the late afternoon and there is no shade in the seating area, so that can be a little rough.

Honest, reliable, family-​run lube and smog test operation. Same guys have been operating this place for at least twenty years. Oil change with lube, fluid check, air pressure and NO UPSELLING runs $ 34.00. They will tell you if something looks like it needs attention but they leave it up to you where to go for repair.
I’ve had 36 oil changes and a dozen smog checks done here and never had problem with overtightening the plug like sometimes happens at the fast lube joints that use air wrenches. Stretch the threads and you have to deal with oil drips on your driveway. Give these guys a try, they’re at the 76 Station at Alameda and Victory.
