Customer service was great. Placed an order for deliver took a little wile … But was well worth the wait food was great, I WILL BE ORDERING AGIN. Must try there cheese burger it was vary vary good.

Pizza wasn’t hot. Service and management was very bad and racist at that location. Had no parmesan cheese and waitress never came back to see if we need anything to drink or even check on us. The security guard had to bring me my check. I had to go over and talk to the manager. He said «what you expect we busy».

The absolute best pizza in the world, voted best pizza by 670 the score Chicago (south side) I absolutely love their appetizer platter wings sticks rings and skins. Pizza sauce is Tangy just enough spice to make flavorful, cheese isn’t to gooey but Just enough, I particularly love the sausage and pepperoni, I mean what American male doesn’t love a meaty pizza. Generous portions, you get what you pay for

Durbin’s in Burbank– I’ve been to the establishment many times before and all African Americans are treated the same «either you’re not acknowledge, or you’re acknowledged after everyone else is twice more». I had been a fan of their pizza in the past though. Recently a faithful customer of Durbins informed me that the cooks are very inappropriate to a point that one of them came into the restroom and urinated over everything as he laughed about it and after he told his co-​workers he would do so. The customer told me he would go back for the beer and that he didn’t report the vandalous employee. I myself will never be back to a place where my people are not treated equally and the staff is poorly hired!

I’ve had better tasting pizza but they get 5 starts for good customer service. I asked to have a family sized pepperoni pizza delivered but instead they sent me a cheese pizza. I called to complain and they sent me a a whole new pep pizza!

Our server was great but all alone on a pretty busy Saturday afternoon. The bartender stayed behind the bar with a handful of regulars while our server was efficiently waiting on all the tables all over the restaurant. The bartender could have easily at least delivered drinks to the tables so the server could do absolutely everything else.
So… Kudos to Caili and the chef who made my burger exactly the way I wanted it. And… Shame on you bartender girl!
Lazy people annoy me. You know who you are.
What happened to team work???

What a joke. Just walked out sat for 10 minutes at the bar then the bar tender told us to move because we were in a waitress station we did not know. WTF…
Bunch of rude people, will never go back there…

Went here to watch the Blackhawks. Got the game special? Was a good value and great bartender.

One Sunday I was looking for a place to order a pizza and watch the Noon NFL games at my house. This was the only place in the Midway area that was open before Noon. I orders a larger sausage and onion pizza for pick up. It was ready at 11:30. On my 15min drive home I decided to try a slice. It was so go I ended up eating half the pizza by the time I parked in front of my house.
If you are craving pizza early in the morning this is your spot to go.

Good place to have some drinks with friends over good food. New specials, good prices. Have cool things like 50cent can nights and such. Would recommend , unless your uptight and an overall brat who thinks every place sucks.

We stay for the karaōke drinks are good Saturday night you usually run into a character on the mic good place for laughs and drinks just watch out for them Burbank police their always out there

The worst service I’ve ever had! We waited 15 minutes for the waitress to greet us and take our drink order… then we had to wave her down when she finally came by us 20 minutes later so she could take our food order. She was blatantly ignoring us the entire time and was extremely rude and short with us each time we had to FLAG her down. Reading over reviews, it seems like others have had this same rude waitress. We were there for almost 2 hours for what would have been a 40 minute meal. I will never come here again. She should not be working there.

I’m going to break my review down into a few parts: food quality, customer service, and the manager.
This incident happened today, being my brothers golden birthday (15 yrs old).
Food quality: I’ve been here a few times and wasn’t absolutely thrilled with the food. The pizza is not too bad because you’re able to request how thick you want the pizza and so forth. However, getting meat here wouldn’t be the best idea. Firstly, their calamari is awful. It was cooked to the point where I was having trouble chewing it, and as a side note, it was like this all 3 times I’ve been here. Additionally, if you ask for a medium burger, you’ll get closer to an over-​well done burger. You might as well ask for rare if you want the slightest bit of pink. As for the food itself, it never comes to the table hot. It seems as if the food was sitting out for about 20 minutes before being given to us. Lastly, my mom asked for a pitcher of 7up. We were given a pitcher, which, by the way, was dirty and had stuff floating around in the inside, served with PLASTIC CUPS. I have never seen a place serve plastic cups, unless they have a lid with a straw.
Customer service: I walked in with my brother, my boyfriend and my friend. There was one table of a few people, but other than that nobody was there. We weren’t greeted at the door at all. I had to go up to someone and request a table of eight. After having our table outside, the waitress we had, don’t know her name, but she was absolutely rude. Her attitude was disgusting. She didn’t give us menus, so we sat there for about 20 mins with just drinks. Finally, we received menus from another waitress who apologized for the inconvinience. Our new waitress, Melanie, was amazing. She was so kind and quick with our needs (which we weren’t needy at all). She took our order and we waited for 40 mins for our food. My moms friend ordered a salad, and she didn’t get it until AFTER everyone finished their meal. Why would it take an hour to get a salad? Also, my brother, the birthday boy, ordered a nacho platter. The waitress before claimed she didn’t know he ordered that when he clearly did. We all heard him. And this brings me to my next topic:
The manager: The manager, Jay, refused to switch out our calamari that wasn’t touched. He also stated that he didn’t care that it was my brother’s birthday. He gave us an attitude and walked away. DISGUSTING.
Final verdict: My family and I agreed that we will NEVER come back to the place. Horrible experience, especially on my brother’s birthday! DO NOT COME UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

This place is terrible I ordered a cheeseburger and a baja burger off grubhub and when they delivered it was a bacon cheeseburger and a Baja burger. When I called the employee I spoke to said they would make me a cheeseburger and I can return the bacon cheeseburger. My brother called back a few minutes later to add on another Baja burger for himself and then the manager said they wouldn’t replace the bacon cheeseburger and actually started arguing with him when he asked why. Then we order a completely new order for a Baja burger and cheeseburger and they refused to make the order. Unbelievable I can’t believe we got treated so terribly by the manager. Avoid this place!!!

This place is a dump! Came on a saturday night after dinner with friends. We decided to come here cuz a buddy lives closeby. Beer was served in clear plastic cups & a girl passed out sitting at the bar behind us. Truck stop kinda crowd. Never again!

This is the eighth best pizza in the neighborhood with the first worst service in the city.
One of the reasons I have chosen Durbin’s in the past is that it is close and they have a parking lot. I realize these are not great credentials for picking a restaurant — but so be it.
It is pizza after all.
Their pizza is actually not too bad. I couldn’t eat it more than three or four times a year — but it isn’t the worst I ever had. (I could eat pizza once a week — just not this pizza.)
The thing is the waitress — and I have had her the last two times I was there — is so mind boggling slow — I feel like I am in the movie «Inception» and I almost have to will her to get to my table. There are two (2) waitresses and four (4) tables and I have to wait 15 minutes to get a diet cola.
That is the best thing I can say about her. The best thing I can say about her is that she is alternate-​universe slow. She says, «Need a refill?» and I am assured I won’t see her for 15 – 20 minutes.
I’m eating a pizza with hot giardiniera on it and she’s off tripping through the fields with the von Trapp family. If I am going to settle for a mediocre pizza — there are a lot of places that provide decent service. Or — when time permits — I can go get a great pizza at a place where the service is great.
That place is not Durbin’s.

Pizza’s good. The clientelle is loyal but tend to make newcomers uncomfortable with their stares. Some are friendly & vocal but that kind of luck varries day to day

We waited 15 minutes for a waitress to come over and say hi. They were NOT busy either. We order wings and a taco pizza. I asked the ingredients and requested no onions and no tomatoes. When the pizza came out (at the same time as out appetizer fyi) it was meat cheese and olives. Not even lettuce. I advised we did not want Olives to please return it. The waitress said then they do not put lettuce on their taco pizza. Huh? That’s weird.
I’ve been here before and had the taco pizza before so maybe they ran out. I don’t know.
Additionally in the entire 40 minutes we were here (with out even ever getting out pizza). Never once was out Luke warm water ever refilled.
Thanks Durbins! I can see why the restaurant was totally empty.

I’ve eaten at Durbin’s a handful of times while in the Chicago area. The food isn’t bad, but nothing great. It’s your standard neighborhood bar serving the standard bar food, including pizza and Italian dishes. The convenience of this place, is they deliver to the hotels area near Midway airport.
With the abundance of eateries on the southside, Durbin’s does not stand out, but it does have a good sports bar atmosphere and the convenience of bar food at your door is never a bad thing.

We ordered a burger off grub hub and tried reaaaaallly hard to like it. It was just a disaster though. Cheap bun and a decent portion of meat but it was ridiculously dry. Fries were a bit cold and we live only a few blocks away. I don’t think the fries would have been good either way as they were crinkle cut frozen fries… meh — use fresh!
The toppings came on the side but they were not fresh at all and complete mess. I had to use my own lettuce, tomatoes and onion out of the fridge because what they put in the bag was in a half open piece of foil. Half of it fell all over the bag and the rest was just gross. We get burgers delivered all the time and I expect the lettuce to not be crispy because there is some heat coming from the burger but these veggies were just disgusting.
I’m guessing maybe burgers are not their thing. They have decent pizza, I will have to stick to that next time.
