Do Not go here! The flowers will die the next day… Yup the next day. Expensive and dead the next day is just a bad situation. they were placed in water and the house central air was full blast cold. this should have not happened. I Came here only because the florist that I normally go to was closed for whatever reason. In any case avoid this place.

Owner has great taste in floral arrangements and has delivered same day orders every time I’ve called… Only reason for 4 stars is because the last time I RECEIVED an arrangement from them(I’m usually the one ordering for others), the leaves in the back were so ugly… I’m a flower lover so I know quality when I see it… I just wish florists would put the same effort into every arrangement — regardless of who’s ordering… OVERALL, good service and tasteful arrangements…

The shop owners do not have much personality but neither do any of the others ones located on Glenoaks. My friend and I visited two others before finding Donna’s and the lady who helped us was nice and cordial. She acknowledged our presence upon entering the shop and walked us through the floral selection. When she asked what the ocassion was and for whom we were purchasing the flowers for she pulled together a beautiful bouquet of eternity red roses. We have made the trek to Los Angeles for the last two years(10, 11) and while the lovely ladies of Donna’s wasn’t jumping up and down at our presence, when we needed questions answered they were there. When we needed an expert for arrangements they gave us their undivided attention. While customer service is key, the product should ultimately win you over more than the person who helped you. Because of Donna’s Florist, Michael Jackson has the most desirable floral arrangements delivered to Holly Terrace. I appreciate this business for its wonderful service and the beautiful flowers which symbolizes my love for the one and only King of Pop. K.J.

Horrible. Lousy customer service. What a ripoff. I came in to get a single rose and they wanted $ 4. Yes, I was a dork for buying it but what are you gonna do when you need a rose for the one you love? You buy it– no matter how much they say. What this business must recognize and understand is that the old saying of «location, location, location» is dead. You can be on the 25th floor of a high-rise and still get amazing business because of word-of-mouth. Unilocalers beware… Do not let the beautiful window displays oooooze you into buying stuff here. There are plenty more moms and pops businesses that would like your business. BTW — - wife did like the rose

I agree that the customer service isn’t great or even adequate, however, I simply went in gave her a price range and she came back with a nice looking bouquet. I can’t claim to be an expert when it comes to flowers, but the recipient loved them, and that was enough for me. I didn’t spend much either, I believe it was no more than $ 15

I walked in and requested a simple iris bouquet for valentines day. The clerk disappeared into the back without asking any preference or budget. uh oh. While I began my 20-minute wait, I started seeing price tags on various poorly-constructed v-day items and flowers — $ 25 for a 6″ stuffed bear! damaged merchandise! She returned with a rather poorly constructed arrangement of flowers at a price topping $ 50! Wow, I have never spent $ 50 on an iris bouquet in my life. When I balked at the price, the woman fired at me that«I hadn’t given her any budget or direction.» The reality was that after I asked her if she had irises in the back, she responded yes and quickly disappeared without asking. She then started to haggle price with me(down to $ 40+tax) and said she could also knock the size down to accommodate my budget. After being blamed for her lack of basic customer service and given no real indication that the next arrangement would improve, I left and found a better florist.
