Dino’s Pizza

OMG… I’ve eaten a lot of pizza all over SoCal and Dino’s is the BEST… why? Their crust is the bomb, just the right thickness, not doughy or spongey, it’s bubbly crunchy and light. The cheese is soft and gooey and melts in your mouth, and the pepperoni plentiful, salty enough and their not stingy with it. You must try this place.
Best of all, an x-​large pizza is $ 12.00 fantastic.
Their sandwiches and salads are amazing.

I’ve only had one thing at Dino’s and it’s all I needed to have, the lasagne pizza. So good!

I found Dino’s on Unilocal when I was in the area visiting Atomic Records. I had a pepperoni pizza and a California salad. The salad came with a delicious avocado dressing and had the normal toppings plus avocado and sunflower seeds. It was very good. The pizza was really, really good. The pepperoni was delicious, a little greasy, but that’s to be expected. The pizza crust was amazing. I’ll be back again when I’m visiting Burbank!

Hadn’t been to Dinos for awhile but all is well here. Regular dough is light, chewy and flour like in texture. Just enough cheese and the sausage has a nice spiciness to it. See you after I see the turtles movie!

Yum! I’ve lived in Burbank for a while now, but for some reason never tried out Dino’s. It’s within walking distance and a few minutes by car, but I have always ordered from Pizza Hut or Reno’s…but not anymore!
Delivery
I first placed an order for delivery — can’t remember what I ordered — and it was bomb!!! Delivery was faster than expected. The menu I found online didn’t have updated prices, but a few bucks more was worth it.
Pick up
I decided to go in since I couldn’t figure out what I wanted to try next. This place is a hole in the wall… the outside matches the inside! It’s super rinky dinky — but super cozy! I still can’t remember what I ordered, but again — bomb! While I waited I had a beer and sat in the dining area.
We are definitely ordering from here again and may even try dine-​in. The guys behind the counter were super sweet — and most of them are super cute!

One if the best Pizza spots. Great topping choices and the portions are supper good. The California salad is delicious the dressing wow yummy. It’s a small place but who cares the food is amazing. The jalapeño dippers are spicy non greasy you just can’t stop eating them. For all you ranch lovers I have to say the ranch is the best! Must must try Dino’s It’s always busy but they do serve fresh and fast.
OH it does has a Small parking lot. But plenty of street parking.

Came here for lunch. Food was great and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Portions are larger than average and food quality is great. I had a the opportunity to meet the proprietor and she was friendly and engaging. Overall was extremely satisfied with this restaurant. Very good quality and price. I have driven by numerous times and am glad that I have stopped. Will be a repeat customer.

Dino’s is the best! I’ve been going there for years and have never been disappointed!

Yep, called and was quoted $ 10 more than the price of the pizza. And when questioned, they refused to honor the menu price on Unilocal.
I even warned them that I would write this review, and they said there was nothing they could do.
I hope that your poor customer service improves, or you update your prices. I won’t be back, but perhaps you can salvage your reputation with other clients that read this review.

Excellent pizza, we asked for a pepperoni thin crust well done, that’s how we like our pizza and that’s what we got. Quick and friendly service. Glad to have found a good pizza place in the neighborhood.

This is the BEST pizza in LA!!! I love it. It’s a little pricey-​but soooo yummy!!! It even tastes good as leftovers. I highly recommend this pizza joint. Will be coming again.

Awesome pie it is definitely a must have when in the area of Burbank. The cheese melted very nicely it was nice to see the pizza cheese stretch out from the pie to the plate, you know you got good mozzarella when it’s super soft and stretchy. The pizza sauce was spiced to perfection, I almost asked for some more just to dip the pizza crust; Which by the way was super good because it was really real bread. Topping were hit and miss we had pepperoni, it was good, sausage we shall pass next time, Canadian bacon pass, bell peppers garlic and jalapeños were good so next time our pie will have just pepperoni jalapeños bell peppers and garlic… P. S. Suck it up if you don’t get a smile when you walk in and if you think the place looks dirty just relax and smell the fine pizzas that are cooking cause you are about to devour some good pie.

Daniel is SUPER AWESOME!!! HE gave my boss a FREE EXTRA LARGE PIZZA today since we had a pizza going away party for him and ordered other pizzas as well. My boss LOVES pizza!
My boss also said that this is the only pepperoni pizza that he eats and does not get sick because the pepperoni is of high quality and they use fresh ingredients.
We order from this restaurant 4 – 5 times a years. They also have great salads, sandwiches and appetizers! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Consistently great food & service. XL sausage, pep, & mushroom pizza for 4 w/​2 to spare & a large field green salad. This is our typical order and never disappoints. I don’t usually eat the outer crust, but when I do, it’s here. Reasonably priced. $ 34+ for 4 people (just water, we don’t do soda). They offer a variety of bottled & fountain drinks and beer.
Walk right up and order at the counter. Theres space for small and large groups. Have someone in your crew grab a table, if it’s busy… and it usually is at about 545pm dinner time, even in weekdays. When I’m in the area, and it’s prime time, I call it in and pick up. Just as good.
Their pizza never gets old! Great establishment.
Will def return!

Let me start with the California Salad. Yup, this is California on a plate. Fresh and full of all the veggies we CA natives claim as our own!
The salads are served in on a plate, just take some care and you will get them mixed!
Pizza — nice chewy dough with that gentle crispy crunch you want from a good crust. Sauce and toppings are ample.

I’ve only ever gotten takeout from here and my boyfriend picked it up so I never saw the restaurant until now…
The interior was not well-​kept at all. The tables were dirty and the finish had long ago worn off of them. There were also bits of food on the chairs too and I had to clean my space just to use it.
The place was hot inside on a hot day, where’s the A/​C? There were house flies everywhere trying to get on our food and I was constantly defending my Buena Vista salad from being eaten by them. The bathroom is outside, small, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The floor was also covered with yellowish liquid…:(
The salad was good, and my boyfriend enjoyed his regular order of a meatball sub, but I don’t think I ever want to eat food from this place again now that I have seen what it looks like. I wonder how many flies are in their kitchen and how dirty it is back there. And where’s the grade rating they’re supposed to be posting publicly? Yuck!

This restaurant is so good, I can’t believe I haven’t left them a review yet! I’ve been here a number of times and each time the service is always exceptional. I usually get the meatball sub and that’s what I decided to get again this evening. My girlfriend has never eaten here before and she decided to try this place out for the first time tonight. She ordered the Buena Vista salad with no cheese.
Ordering over the phone was easy and the food was ready in just 30 minutes on a Friday night! My meatball sub was hot and fresh and my girlfriend salad looked great when I picked it up.
The meat has such a great flavor here and I have been craving it all week! My girlfriend said that her salad tasted very flavorful and it had a lot of meat on it, which she appreciated since this was her dinner.
We definitely plan to return soon again when we are craving this food. Thanks Dino’s, for the exceptional service and the consistently delicious dinners! You have a regular out of me!

On my way back from IKEA (Don’t judge) I decided to stop in (corner of Burbank and Hollywood way) Has this really distinctive sign but otherwise hole in the wall demeanor. Parking is really small sharing with an automotive repair shop so I parked on a residential street north of it. Walked in and saw the statue, nice kitschy feel.
The staff wasn’t particularly happy to see me when I walked in. Kind of a resigned sorta of sigh was my take, oh but whatever. It smelled really good in there and there was a line of people waiting for takeout. Anxious customers waiting to get their pizza not a bad sign.
I walked up and ordered the Dino Special, mostly because I wasn’t familiar with the menu so I was hoping that the pie carrying their name was gonna be decent. I also ordered the CA salad.
Sat down (seating area was small but I found no problem getting a table at that particular moment) The table was stocked with Parmesan, parsley, red flake, salt and pepper shakers.
After a lil while pizza and salad came out. Pizza was just outta the oven and it was aromatic from the get go. The smell made my mouth water. The pizza looked vibrant and inviting. As soon as the server placed the pizza down I grabbed my first slice and I took a bite, string of cheese swing around like confetti. Damn that first bite was good. Crust was crisp and fluffy. Taste fresh and not greasy. The toppings were fresh and crisp, and hearty portions. Really good pizza. Not decadent like a Paolis Pizza (woodland Hills) but a nice pizza that is an all a’rounder. Salad was just a vibrant.
I would come back for the pizza any day (and I have) The service is up and down but who cares!

Second time at Dino’s and pizza hasn’t failed me yet!
Got a half and half large pizza! the bel air pizza had pine nuts, goat cheese, basil, sun dried tomatoes, no sauce. The hollywood pizza had chicken, blue cheese, applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, no sauce.
I also recommend the riverside pizza and the pizza marino! Tasty meatballs.
Great flavors with a great crust! Delicious pizza!
Their salads are on point too! The large can feed a family of four!!! I recommend any salad with crotons because they use pieces of their very own garlic bread. My favorite for now is the 70s salad! Mixed greens, bacon, raisins, sun flower seeds, crotons, and ranch.
