I fell in love with Basanti instantly!!! The staff is very professional/welcoming and the drinks are to die for!!! My favorite drink is the Matcha Emerald!!! Alicia(the manager?) was very accommodating and showed genuine care for my «taste in tea.» I am a regular at the Burbank Mall and will absolutely add Basanti to my weekly routine! Two thumbs for the best tea!

This place is literally so amazing. I drive here like everyday and I get an iced vanilla latte with almond milk and it is the best I’ve ever had! Everyone should experience this place!!!

Saw this place while eating in the mall before heading to IKEA and the free drink offer. Decided to check it out as we are usually tea lovers. They have a tea of the day sitting out that you can try, and it’s $ 3 for a large and free refills all day. We actually quite liked it. However, upon showing the Unilocal checkin reward and mentioning we are thinking of the tea of the day, the person working there suggested we do something different than the«special». Seeing as we were already getting two teas for the price of one, we thought we might as well try something different(and more expensive, of course). They have small jars near the front that you can check out. The person working was very nice(sorry we didn’t catch his name) and asked our preferences and recommended a few. We had both of them iced, and light ice. My drink was actually perfect — a hint of honey, a dark green tea that was very strong. No ice cubes but the drink was chilled — just the way I like it. The second drink I got for my husband had about 1⁄3 ice cubes in it(?) even though we asked for light ice. –1 star on that, we didn’t notice until we walked away. Overall, great place. They mentioned they have a groupon going on which makes more sense for buying looseleaf(50% off, essentially). The prices for looseleaf are fair, although I’d have to buy some to compare the quality to Teavana, our usual spot. Will be back for looseleaf tea if we’re in the area again!

I’ve frequently spotted people in the mall with their cups of goodness from Basanti, wondering if it’s really worth the thrill. I finally decided to step in and my God, I found a new obsession. I ordered the Yogu Matcha which originally is made with plain yogurt, but I substituted it with a non-dairy option, almond milk. Surprisingly, it tasted just as creamy as it would’ve with the yogurt. The workers very also very nice as she mentioned she would make me a new drink should I not like it.

It’s been a while since my wife and I have enjoyed one of their frozen tea drinks(more on that in a second) and I was just getting the craving, so I figured I’d pop in and write a quick review. All of the drinks I’ve had there(and I’ve sampled quite a few) are excellent, but the two that REALLY stand out in my mind are the Tiger drink(I think that’s what it’s called — it’s frozen and has matcha) and a frozen drink with black tea, chocolate, whipped cream. OMG I want that one RIGHTNOW. *PLEASE* open a restaurant in DTLA soon! :)

Best tea! The tiger matcha is my absolute favorite. Iced! It’s a perfect balance of coconut, matcha, and white tea! Always stop by here when at the mall!

Dragon Chai Tea! Perfect! And the lady working that day was So sweet! Said she lives in Norwalk and commutes all the way to Burbank. I didn’t get her name… I think she was the manager because she was training an employee. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

I wouldn’t have even given it 2 stars but the staff is nice and we got a free drink when I looked this place up on Unilocal.I could have made this drink at home and before I found the free offer we already spent $ 4+ on a tea drink. It’s obvious there are many reasons Starbucks and Coffee Bean exist… and this place lacks them. If the price had been $ 1 then ok! But it was beyond pricey, plus looked and tasted like a drink where the ice has melted and you’re thirsty enough to drink it. Def pass and try another drink stop.

I was pretty impressed! Great atmosphere. A true tea lover’s delight. Taking very tasty tea and mixing it with other flavors. I ordered a White Tea blended with almond and raspberry with 2% milk. Delicious! Could still taste the tea but had other flavors to help. An extensive menu. Some prices more expensive than Starbucks. Highly recommend! Head the Burbank Town Center’s San Fernando entrance and take escalator to third floor. Located near the food court.

Marielle was so great to my sister and I today. We walked by curiously… And she came out from behind the bar and explained all the different teas to us. She was super knowledgable and so sweet!!! Very very good customer service! We ended up buying two iced teas and lose leaf tea to take home! We will definitely be back for more! Thank you Marielle & Basanti!

Awesome service. One of the employees named Thomas is extremely sweet, helpful and thorough with any questions about anything tea related. Nice ambiance, I also really enjoyed the seating area they have. They have a thing in the front where you can smell all the different teas they have to offer. It’s always a nice experience getting yea from here

You must try, especially if your a coffee drinker… This stuff surpassed any expectations or reserves you may have on tea… So many flavors and choices, I first tried the one in Beverly Hills and then ran across this one, perfect! Please more locations… It’s great and puts the flavor in were just coffee can’t go.

Amazing teas and wonderful service! My favorite place in Burbank! I found this place a couple months back and now I can’t buy tea from anywhere else. The variety of tea blends is the best I have found stateside. Fun times in Burbank, great customer service and always brightens my day.

GameStop brought me here. Yes, friends — I was on my way to get more Amiibo when the employee Daniel and his compatriot told me about a really great tea place nearby. Because I felt like I hadn’t spent enough money yet that day, I decided to check it out. Basanti apparently heralds from an original branch in Mexico and later opened one In Beverly Hills — until finally they opened this fateful one inside the Burbank Mall. The place itself is a well-decorated stand near the food court. The prices are fair and they offer free refills the whole day for their tea of the day. I had their Tea of the Day(Mango) as well as their top seller(which I can’t remember at the moment. The former wasn’t my cup of… well, you know. The other one, however, was totes on point. For sure, what stuck out for me was the customer service. It was right before they closed and the two men there still took the time to walk me through recommendations and the like. Highly recommended!
