Hands down the most helpful printer service people I have talked to.
Arc, the owner was understanding and instead of recommending to send me a repair technician that would cost money just to take a look at the printer, he simply passed me over to one of the in house techs for a full out assessment of the situation.
The technician, Manny, was super informative and walked me through a couple tests over the phone as well as basically helped me troubleshoot the problem that I was having. This company specializes in Konica Minolta and have in stock or at least can get a hold of basically any parts that are required for the KM printers. I am pretty amazed at their very thorough knowledge of these printers in particular.
I have wasted time and money with other companies before but with ArcServices I was able to save a lot of both.
Great service, combined with good priced parts and accessibility gives them a 5 star any day of the week.
