My husband and I always try something new on our anniversary. Whether it’s fancy or casual it’s always new. We decided to choose this place a few days ago and we are so glad that we did. The atmosphere was so casual and just felt relaxed. We sat in the porch area of the restaurant and it was just him and I. The table had butcher construction paper and they offered crayons. So we were able to write all kinds of little notes to make it our special time. We had a few beers, pizza, wings, garlic bread and it was really really nice. Michelle, our hostess was polite, non-intrusive and very welcoming. It was a great little spot for us to go to and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for something casual and chill. The ambiance was great!

Love this place! Pizza is delicious with fresh toppings, blasted fries are delicious with just the right amounr of spicy, and their hoagies always hit the spot. Jesse, the cook, is a master of his field. They have beers on draft or bottles and a good wine selection for a sports place. This place is kid friendly with a kids eat free on Wednesday nights special which is awesome! Highly recommended!

I came here with a group of moms and our kids for a make your own pizza function. I didn’t get the girls name that was helping us, but I really thought she was really patient with the kids and was as fast as she could be with accommodating us with toppings, cheese, and sauce for our pizzas. Drinks were easily accessible, the pizzas came out in okay time, and there’s an area over by the front door for your kids to play. I feel this place is really small though for the crowds that I believe it can bring in. Even with it just being a handful of moms and kids, it was small to move around in. Parking is small as well. I did, though, feel that they have some of the best pizza that I’ve ever had, great crust and really good flavor. I would definitely come back here for the pizza!

The good parts: Polite and friendly service Fast food prep The meh parts: Pizza is nothing special. Didn’t love the sauce, needs more garlic maybe? Thin crust is not my vibe, so not great, but some folks do dig it. Probably wouldn’t have bothered me if there was better flavor to the sauce. The bad: Canned mushrooms??? In California, really? Overall, just okay, but with the pizza gold standard right down the same street, I probably won’t go again. Probably a great place if you are gong to watch sports and drink beer with your pizza. Lots of TVs showing different sports.

Great local spot! Beer specials are superb. Happy hour everyday 4−7PM. Plenty of TV’s and crafts brews on tap. Pizza was great and reasonably priced. Michelle behind the bar was great to talk to, and friendly the whole time. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

So I decided to stop into this place on the way to my next gig last night. First off the parking is horrendos. Only street parking is available unless you can utilize one of the four spots on the side of the building. But those are usually filled. I came in on a very busy night where UCLA versus Cal football game was playing on the television. The place was packed. They only had one server available to help out the whole restaurant. However I cannot base a review on being shorthanded. So I will honestly judge it just by my own observations. The place looked normally clean. I didnt see anything out of the ordinary or disgusting. I ordered a pizza with peppers, pineapple, ham, and a couple of other things. Turned out to be pretty good. Cheesy, and fresh. Crust was like a hand-tossed type with good flavor. Overall, I really enjoyed the food, service, and place in general. If anything is bad, its parking. But hey, its LA. Parkings always terrible wherever you go. :)

Came during MLB playoffs when the Dodgers were playing. This restaurant/bar has definitely marketed itself as a Dodgers’ fan hang out. The lone server seemed a little overwhelmed since the dining room was 75% full but she was extremely nice and very apologetic when she forgot my husband’s beer. She was kind enough to comp it which wasn’t necessary since we could see she was swamped. We tried the blasted fries(buffalo sauce and jalapeño coins with a side of ranch) and a combination pizza. Both were fine but nothing memorable. The beer is cheap and they have a bunch of TVs so the game you want to watch is probably going to be on at least 1 of them. A lot of the clientele seemed like regulars and that’s who I would recommend it to – good neighborhood sports bar but nothing worth traveling for.

I know all kids always say pizza is the bomb. I do have to agree with my daughter. Service was great.

I called today and asked if they had spaghetti and meatballs since I have never been there or seen a menu. The man who answered the phone said«I don’t know, let me look at the menu»… You should know what you sell if you work there. I go there and ask to see a menu and the menu is dirty/greasy and as stains on it. The floor and table were sticky. The presentation was horrible and I got up from my seat and walked away. 10÷02÷15

If you are from the East Coast like I am, you have most likely gone through periods of severe depression eating the underwhelming Los Angeles pizza that is somehow legally sold here. Fear not, 818 actually knows how to make a slice of pie that doesn’t taste like it was made by someone who frequently eats kale. Yes, its a little pricey, but it is definitely the best pizza place in Burbank(tried them all) and one of the best in the entire valley. A little pricey, but otherwise a great shop. Also, chicken wings are great and the craft beer selection is really good. –Phil

Nice, friendly staff. Pizza was less than average, especially when they try and compensate with overloading veggie toppings. They should learn to at least match with meat toppings. 12-inch pizza costs $ 17.00? I was more disappointed in the fried zucchini. It wasn’t horrible, but my god the size of the appetizer was ridiculous for being over $ 7, it should have been more like $ 3. Get real. I will not be back, unless they lower the prices.

Food was ok. Beer selection was poor. The waitress spent more time outside smoking than taking care of customers. Not a fan.

They have amazing pizza, pitchers of beer, and Dodger baseball during the blackout. Could you ask for anything better?! Service was really genuine. Only issue I came across was that they were closed one time when I came. I think it was a Wednesday around 8:30PM.

My boyfriend and I had our first date here in 2010 back when it was Caminiti’s so it has sentimental value. The food is great and affordable and always has great family deals. The owners and employees are laid back but friendly and accommodating.

Really good homemade pizza. Fresh ingredients and full of flavor. Small little place to hangout, grab a bite to eat and watch sports.
