Target – Bullhead City

This store has gotten so bad. They don’t care about customers and this all comes down from Corporate office. The cashier was arguing with a customer over $ 5. Making rest of the people wait in line. Only had 2 registers open. The lead cashier had to call a manager cuz she wasn’t authorized to do anything. I finally got my purchase made after 10 minutes. I left and called the store to let the store manager know. Elaine answered and demanded to know which manager I needed to speak to and why. Told her that I did not need tell her but that I was a pissed off person and she said «don’t swear at me» and hung up. I called back to get her again. This time I demanded a manager and she transferred me to Karen who was ruder then Elaine. Karen kept on asking what she could do for me. I told her to stop interrupting me and I might be able to tell her. I asked for someone else and Ron came on. He was even worse. Hung up and I will call store manager when she is in. Most likely she won’t care either.
Updated: Nicole the actual Store manager didn’t care either. Spoke to her after one week of incident and she could of cared less.

This was my all time fav target I’ve ever stepped foot in. I dont know if it’s because the population isn’t much out there or what. But when I lived in the area I was here at least once a week. Now I go to the targets in Cali and think about how much I miss this one. Always clean! Employees always nice and friendly. Always quiet and peaceful shopping even near the holidays. I miss this target a lot. I was always finding great iteams on clearance as well and that made me extra happy! Best target I’ve been too.

Bar stools are zipped tied to the shelves for customer safety!?! You cannot sit in a chair or bar stool prior to purchase!?! Told by a manager, that if a screw falls out they would be liable. Are they kidding!?! She actually told us it isn’t safe for us to sit in one of their chairs! Won’t come back anytime soon to this location.

I love this Target. It is always super clean and never crowded. The staff is very helpful. I love the dollar bins here – so organized and not over crowded. This is a great Target.

I love Target. My daughter loves Target… she calls it «the red store»! More of a reason to love them is the exceptional service that I received here a few weeks ago when I came in to make a return on some products I ordered online and had shipped to our home in AZ. I no longer had the packing slips and the Red Card that I used had recently been replaced so all I had was an order number from my email (no SKUs). The manager (younger Hispanic woman and I hate that I can’t remember her name because she definitely deserves major kudos) spent an hour on the phone with customer service to help process my return. She went above and beyond to ensure that I got my full refund and was so helpful, apologetic (even though it was my fault), sincere and just friendly throughout the whole process. Great return experience and overall customer service! The next time I’m there and I get the lady’s name, I’ll update my review ;)

I will never shop at Target again. I had an online coupon for 40% off and after haggling with the cashier and supervisor I had the displeasure of meeting Ron the store mananger. The moment he arrived he had a very grumpy, rude, and gruff attitude. I explained the situation and asked that he honor the coupon his store issued and he snarled as he said it was only good online. I requested that he show me anywhere in writing that that was true to which he replied it doesn’t say it but that’s what it means. I left over $ 200 in merchandise at the counter never to return again.

I just love Target! I was so glad when they put this store in several years ago. This store is always clean and their clearance sections are much better than other discount stores.
I will continue to shop here for as long as i live here.

Store was CLEAN. I must say I never been to a target that looked so clean in my life! Staff was nice too. Bathrooms were amazing clean! Only downfall is I wish it was a super target with the veggies and stuff.

I got this gift card and thought heck lets spend it. Okay after passing 3 employees who where puffing the cancer sticks I needed go to the bathroom, wow talk about filthy… I wonder if the men bathroom is as nasty! Well now since my mood is so great I start shopping some cute stuff I will admit, but I couldn’t find where they went you know to find more. That blew. Asked for help they put there finger up like HOLD. RUDE it’s only bullhead RELAX RUDE A$$$$ ppl geeze, I think target should do a hiring event, let go about 99% of the employees and start all over again. Then teach the new ones not to treat paying customers like crap…

What a breath of fresh air this place is! No matter where I go, what town I visit, Target is Target and I absolutely love that!
It’s an extremely peaceful and relaxing shopping experience. The store is super clean, super organized and has the greatest employees. This was my second stop here, only discovering during my last trip to Laughlin in January. I wonder how long it’s been here? Was it here when I lived in Laughlin 13 years ago and I didn’t know about it?
Anyway, I look forward to all of my Target trips, especially this location. Keep up the great work. I absolutely love this place! Kudos to the management and staff!

Rudest Target I’ve ever shopped at… The first time I shopped here, I heard two employees talking sh*t about the customers not hanging up the clothes they try and the second time I overheared two employees (one of them an old witch with short blonde hair, coincidentally one of the same employees from the first visit who was talking crap) about their coworkers. They start turning the lights off at 9:59pm and start making announcements at 9:30 and subsequently every 5 minutes until they close about them closing soon. Geez maybe that’s why this place is dead and Walmart is always packed. The cashier didn’t even say thank you after I spent nearly $ 200 there. Never again!

Love this store, just wish they carried more groceries.

First, it’s GREAT to have a Target store in Bullhead City. Each and every time I am in this Target, it is always clean and in order. The employees are always busy making sure that things are on display and ready for you to purchase. However, no matter how busy they are, they are more than willing to stop and help you locate something if you cannot find it. It’s great to have a Starbucks right there in the store as well.
Every retail business is struggling with trying to «do more with less» as our economy continues to try and recover. That means that to keep payroll low, fewer employees are scheduled from time to time. It is a part of the business. However. they do work very hard to watch the front lanes and when one starts to get too long, you can see a supervisor jump in and try to get another register open as quickly as possible, given staffing. I appreciate that.
The pharmacy is perhaps the primary reason I have stayed with Target so long. The pharmacy tech and pharmacists are professional, qualified, and caring. I appreciate the focus to details that they have and that they really care about people as individuals and not just a customer with a piece of paper that means «more work» for them. I don’t mind the wait to get the prescriptions filled because I know they are going to treat with with the same high level of professionalism each and every time… and that also gives me time to shop around the store while I’m there.
I think the only negative for me has been at the customer service/​return counter. Because they are short-​staffed, it is sometimes difficult (more times than not) to get assistance there. However, the folks who come to help are always nice and the interactions are positive.

Nice basic Target store in a place that has desperately needed one for years and finally got it’s wish. Everything you’d expect from a Target with the Pharmacy, Photo, and Starbucks with Pizza Hut Express. –one star because they had only one lane open out of 18 and the location is sooo far out of the way. I’d go out of my way to get here though, it is much, MUCH better than having to go eleswhere!
