Do not use these guys! They will neglect to tell you that you will loose your previously installed programs THAT CAME WITH THE COMPUTER & any other programs you paid to previously install! They put their version of things like word perfect, without asking you!!! The only thing they did is take the full 10 days for my repair which I later found out could of been corrected by a simple system restore! All of this on top of rude service? Why would anyone use them?
