Laughlin Bullhead Vacation Rentals & Sales was established in 2004 my wife and I before moving to Bullhead City researched the possibility of vacation rentals in the Bullhead Laughlin area. We found that there was a demand for this here and started our company. We provide the ultimate vacation experience to our guests and they are our first priority. As in any business we know it is difficult please everyone I do believe we go above and beyond to insure our guests a fantastic vacation. Unlike private owners renting their properties from a far we are here for our guests ²⁴⁄₇ to make sure your stay is the best it can be.
To our faithful winter guests we thank you for your loyalty over the last 9 years. Every year we hold a «MEET N GREET» party in February this is our way of saying thank you for staying year after year. We stayed at 1711b Georgia last weekend (Thursday afternoon arrival) and found that the hot water was not working when we arrived. When we called on Friday morning we were told by the office lady «That the hot water was turned off this time of year, and that we should be OK with cold showers» not only is this ludicrous but against HUD requirements. We were unable to wash dishes in hot water or clothing for sanitary purposes. This was a huge disappointment and not to mention the high dollar amount we paid to stay there. The hot water was not fixed until the afternoon of Saturday.
In addition, we have sent emails regarding this complaint and have been ignored.

If you find yourself in the market to buy a home in Bullhead City area. You must use this company and request Mariana Huseman as your agent. A true professional. I could not be happier with her services. I do things very fast, savvy and a bit unorthodox. She never missed a beat. Job well done. I’ll be back
