What the heck? There is stuff all over the floor as if the staff is too lazy to pick it up. Opened merchandise all over the shelves. What a mess!

This stores service seem to be going down over the years. Every time i give it another try it gets worse. Went to get a pair of Air Max only to be told only on line. He didn’t offer a comparable shoe. I’m in sales and always sell what you have available. The store is a mess. Seems like the store lacks training and everything is self serve. They just need cashiers the sales reps are worthless. I wish I could’ve given no stars.

We walked in, waited to be helped and walked out! If no one is willing to help, there are plenty of other places that give great customer service that can take our money! No worries!

Great customer service! Everyone was very helpful. Management even went out of their way to help me order equipment online when they didn’t have our size in stock. And it is being shipped to my house for free! Very nice change from their competitor at the mall where you are constantly trying to find someone to help.

Went to this store yesterday. The store was well organized and clean. The associates were very friendly and made sure I was finding everything I needed. When I got to the checkout, I asked the manager a question and she was very short in her response to me. No greeting and no eye contact. She made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. I expect higher levels of customer service, especially coming from a manager. Next time I will drive further to shop at a different location.

This Sports Authority was pretty small and lacked a lot of selection from what Ive seen in most locations. You can definitely find majority of what you are looking for but do not expect find a lot of different sporting clothing’s. The selection is good but not as many as you would expect from Sports Authority. A lot of the winter gear seemed to be pretty scarce in choice. I would recommend if you’re in the area, check it out but don’t be surprised if you can’t find exactly what you are looking for, especially if you are looking for sports clothing.

Suwanee, GA
This store is in the old Toys R Us space across from the Mall of Georgia. It is a big, well lit and clean store that had very helpful staff. We were interested in a ping pong table and the young lady that helped us was great. If it is sports related, then this place likely has it. I like this store a lot better then the one on Steve Reynolds in Duluth… and it is a lot closer to home for me.
One thing to consider if you are buying a big item like a ping pong table is the delivery fee. They use a third party company that wanted $ 160 to deliver the table. Outrageous!!! We still bought the table but decided to rent a U-​Haul truck and pick it up ourselves.
