Sbarro

I brought two of my friends to the mall last weekend. Because I invited them, I wanted to buy us a pizza for lunch on our way out. We went to sbarro and asked how much a whole pizza cost. They said $ 13 but it would take over a half hour. Who has a half hour to sit in the food court waiting for their lunch to be cooked? I asked about the full pizzas that were there ready to be sold by the slice and they said they not allowed to sell them to me and that I would have to pay the individual piece price. Since we didn’t not have the time to wait for a new one to be made and they wouldn’t sell me one that was already there, I had to buy 3 individual pieces at $ 4.50 a piece. So instead of 6 pieces for $ 13, I got only 3 for 13.50. Thanks Sbarro. I will never even consider giving you my business again.

Gross! How are they able to stay in business? The pizza is disgusting but the Stromboli is ever worse and the cheese seems low quality like the kind they use in hot pockets! Very disgusting. The employees are very nice though — the only upside.

Exactly how other Unilocalers described. Very unfriendly service food was cold. I asked the employee to then get my pizza well done and it tossed it back in the over pretty angry. We then got half a cup of sauce for two breadsticks. Once I mentioned to the employee id like my food he slammed the oven open and attempted to take it out. I say attempted because he ending up burning his arm in the process. I witnessed karma come back around right in front of me, and I loved it. Will not be back.

Horrible service!!! The other hand dosent know what the other one is doing. They gave my food to another customer and after she touched it and returned it they expected me to eat it… Totally gross! Managment non existent. Rude workers and a HORRIBLE experience. The only thing positive about the experience was the older black cashier. She was so nice and wonderful!

The Strombolis always look amazing, yet everytime I order, always is UNDERCOOKED and RAW DOUGH. The last time I visited, which will be my last, I was given a combo meal I did not ask for (I asked for one garlic roll) but hey if you think your customers are stupid and wont know, you loose in the long run

The workers there aren’t as friendly as they’re suppose to be. I mean. «HELLO PEOPLE! IT’S YOUR JOB TO BE PRESENTABLE AND FRIENDLY TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS IF YOU WANT THEM TO COME BACK!!»
I got this really mean look from one of the female workers. I mean seriously. what’s up with females being so mean!!? Anyways, the food wasn’t that great, because it wasn’t hot at all. My ziti turned out to be cold and my pizza wasn’t that hot either. What’s up?!
