They ALWAYS offer buy 1 pair of shoes, get the 2nd pair half off, including clearance! Also, if they don’t have your size in stock, they will check another location nearby for you, OR that will order it have have it shipped straight to your house for free!

I’ve taken my two boys (12 and 7) to get shoes at this location twice. The staff was (on both occasions) very friendly and a great help. At each visit they took the time to measure my kids feet and were happy to help us find the shoes they wanted. The prices were great, and the service was outstanding. They have got a customer for life. I only hope someone at the corporate level sees this and knows what a great shopping experience my family had.

I’ve been to this location on multiple occasions and even used their restroom. Today I’ve arrived to buy shoes for my kids with the expectations of spending over $ 150. The minute we walked in a girl greeted us and ask us if we needed help. I said yes and then asked if my daughter could use their restroom. She first lied and said they did not have one. I replied with I know you do I’ve used it. She then said no it’s for employees only. I’ve got a 3 year who is being potty trained. I was so angry after being treated without any regard I left without purchasing anything. I will not return to this location ever. I will let know everyone to avoid this location because of their horrible customer service.
