They are under new management and things are definitely not the same! The entire salon staff has quit and they have two new people who are not on the same level as the previous stylists. I went for a haircut and was the only customer in the building. The woman who washed my hair asked me what kind of shampoo I thought she should use. Typically the people that cut my hair make professional judgement calls and choose which hair products would work best for me. To say the least I was not impressed, the whole place seems run down and just an empty shell of its former existence. I will definitely find somewhere new!

My husband and I like patrick spa. The decoration is very pretty and room is very clean too. The staffs are very friendly and professional. Anyway, We like to come here to enjoy our massage. Christina and Michelle are our favorite therapists.

Had my first Deep Cleanse facial(w/Tugce) and I already scheduled two more facials. She is an expert and I trust her already. Update: Dec 2015: Been seeing Tugce for more than 8 months and my skin feels great! Her first-class, personal attention and service keep me coming back for this luxury facial.

Patrick’s «new owner» does not engage in ethical business practices or even have a reasonable sense of customer service. This kind of poor decision-making often trickles down to other business decisions, such as how often to clean or how often to maintain equipment. There are far too many other places to spend your money; you should go elsewhere. I have a $ 50 gift certificate that was given to me by my sister and her husband; it clearly states that it «never expires.» However, when I called to make an appointment for a facial(a $ 150 service), I was told that the certificate would not be honored, since it was sold by the previous owner. Even assuming that the previous owner took the cash and ran, the new owner BOUGHTTHEBUSINESS, name, reputation, phone number, DEBTS, and all. He could have easily chosen to honor that gift certificate to keep a customer; he could have offered a discount on services as an apology. Instead, a flat«no» was the answer I got; in exchange, he may have this one-star review.

I just went to Patrick’s for the first time and had my hair cut by Trudi, and I must say she was great! I have(had) extremely long and thick hair, and I am ridiculously picky about how it is cut — which you ladies with long hair will understand(you cut and quarter inch and we think we have been shot). She did such a wonderful job! She listened to every request I had, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Even when I told her to cut 3 inches(drastic, I know… but, it was time for change), she asked me if I was sure and gave me the chance to back out, like she knew my inner turmoil. But there was no turning back! I love my new cut, and I have had so many compliments on it. I will definitely be going back for more!

I don’t normally send out poor reviews(I think it can be bad juju) and I can’t review the service because I wasn’t able to get a service. My gift card that my mother in law purchased for me for a Swedish massage was simply not honored. The gift certificate says it Never expires and never looses value so I kept it for quite some time. Apparently, there are new owners(how’s that the customers fault?) and they simply will not honor them. I can go some where else and pay for my massage, no problem… I just feel bad for my mother in law who forked out $ 100 because she trusted Patricks of Atlanta had a good reputation… Bad juju guys… bad juju :(

I got the best hair cut since moving here from CA. Rosie has a very sweet personality and listened and cared about how I wanted my hair cut. She gave me a very stylish A-line modern cut and it looks beautiful. Love the products she used too, my hair is shiny and smells great. The salon atmosphere was wonderful. Will be definitely going back.

I can’t vouch for spa services, however I’ve been coming here for a few months for haircuts and color, and I have to say I love this place. My stylist, Heather, is really great about listening to my ideas and working with me to find something that suits my style and face. Most recently, I wanted to try a pixie over my usual A-Line bob, but was afraid of looking masculine or matronly(I’m 25). She cut it in such a way that I feel more feminie now than I did with longer hair, and gave me a bunch of ideas on how to style it. She’s also great at correcting disasters — the first time I came here, it was to get help with a bad dye job I’d received from another, cheaper salon. I’d asked for cool highlights and ended up with a full head of golden/straw colored hair. She did a wonderful job correcting the color to a shade that worked with my skin tone, and a cute, flattering cut to remove some of the damage. I’ve had great experiences every time I come here. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly to each other and customers. I highly recommend it!

My husband sent me here for my birthday for a full spa day. I was excited about relaxing for the day and being pampered! I have to say that the day as a whole was a disappointment. My biggest complaint was the massage — it was very cold in the room, and when I asked them to turn up the heat, I was told that the masseuse gets too hot and they could not accomodate me. I am not trying to be insensitive, but considering that I was lying undressed AND paying for a relaxing experience, they might take that into consideration. As for the other services, the manicurist gossiped the whole time with the other employees and did not really speak much to me, and the haircut and facial I received were basic — nothing special. All in all I felt bad that my husband had spent so much money trying to give me a good experience and his good intentions were wasted on a salon that does not give you the type of experience that would be equal to the amount you pay.
