BEWAREOFTHISSHITTYBUSINESS, I wish I would have read the other customers review before I went to him. If I could go any lower than 1 star I would, he over charges for everything, he is very rude, as the other customer said he wants 90 percent of the job up front. Towards being done with the shirty job, he comes to my home and starts a fight with me threatening to take his men and leave my job finished if I did not pay him 400 dollars. Very unprofessional business. Nobody should talk to customers the way he does. Then let me move on to the work that was done. We bought a brand new house and we wanted wood style tiles put in, when they finished they had dirt and materials from installation all over our walls, all the tiles are laid down in even, and grout was not cleaned off the tiles properly. Took him a week for someone to come in and paint all the mess they left on the walls, and then the paint they bought was mismatched… Tried calling and texting an this ROSSGUY(the owner) blocked my number. I hope all his customers read these two reviews, and hope he doesn’t scam anyone else. BEWARE!

BEWARE! READTHIS before you decide to do business with them. We had our Engineered wood floor put in(glue down) around July 4th in our Game room, Living, Office, dining and a couple of hallways. The workmanship was horrible. There were HUNDREDS of hollow spots all over the floor. Some areas are much worse than other. I had a professional installer came out to assess the floor and received an estimate of 1⁄3(~400 sq. ft.) of all the floor will need to be replaced. I sent the estimate to the owner(Ross Shaban) request to have the floor replaced, and he refused to fix it. Even worse, the owner first claimed that nothing wrong with the floor, and he gave us a run around hoping we would go away. I then sent certified letter with photos of the areas marked up. He and I then gone through multiple unproductive discussions to have him make it right; He brought his own installer over and asked me to count all the planks and let him know. Once I counted almost 374 planks and communicated to him, he once again refused to fix and said it was too much. After more conversations, he agreed and had an independent inspector came out to evaluate the floor. The inspector suggested that they use the«drill and fill»(using a 3⁄16 needle and drill a hole into the wood and then fill with glue) to solve the problems. I disagreed with the drill and fill method as this is a brand new floor. How do you feel if you have a brand new floor put in and now they’re suggesting drilling hundreds of holes in your wood? He then proposed that he either fix the floor with the«Drill and Fill» or gave us a $ 1,000 in refund. I rejected both, as the original estimate from the professional installer was $ 2,400 for just labor only. Material is on top. I hope to share this story with everyone and let you decide before conducting business with this owner. Btw, he will ask you to pay 80−90% before any work is done, and then pressure you to pay the rest when done(but not complete). I highly recommended not paying this business up front. I’m currently disputing some charges with my credit card company while exploring legal remedies against this business.
