Krispy Kreme

This location is okay. I love their donuts better than Dunkin Donuts. Just beware of going on the weekends because cleanliness is not their priority in their sitting area and customer service doesn’t exist.

The most disgustingly rude woman I’ve ever met attempted to take my order in the drive thru. After the third smart remark, I opted to pull away and go in to place my order. The donuts I received were of decent quality, just wish I didn’t have to go trough hell to get them.

I’ve always been going to this Krispy Kreme but my past visit was awful! There didn’t seem to be anyone over the age of 25 who was working there and all the workers were extremely rude! We went through the drive thru and got a dozen doughnuts and had to go inside to return them because they were literally so cold they were almost solid. I’ve never had doughnuts from this establishment that were this bad-​even when the hot light wasn’t on. When I went inside to ask if the had other ones that weren’t near the drive thru window, a short Hispanic girl worker (the only one who was somewhat nice) said the ones inside aren’t as good either and that they would make fresh ones in an hour and a half. Even another customer in line gave his doughnuts back because of how awful they were and him and his young son seemed upset. When I asked for my money back and the Hispanic girl said she would have to tell a manager who was a very rude guy. I told him what happened and all he said was «uh okay» and walked to the drive thru girl and told her about it while I saw her roll her eyes and get money out of the drawer. She came to give it to me and gave me the fakest «HERES YOUR MONEY BACK HAVE A GREAY DAY» and turned around and walked away. I’m around their age and would consider myself a lot more respectful and mature than them and I know how people my age act. I was so upset with how they acted and am wanting to contact their district manager about this problem.

Place is dirty. The clerk was mopping the floor and then she put down the mop and ask me what I wanted. Never washed her hands and did not put on gloves. Gross.

Always out of the speciality donuts. And the drive thru people are always rude as Hell. Rather drive 2 miles up the road for a friendly interaction at Dunkin Donuts.

I’m just thankful I can get a dozen glazed doughnuts here ²⁴⁄₇.

When I crave doughnuts (which is often) Krispy Kreme is always my first choice for the assorted flavors I just wish they will bring the cinnamon buns back.

I go in for 2 items. A chocolate glazed and a dark roast coffe. They didn’t have either and also didn’t even try to offer to make me any. Its only 3:30pm. Will never go back and its sad, because im a fat kinda guy and grew up on this place.

I will not be back. I submitted a custom order on Thursday ¹⁄₂₉ and was sure it would be ready Saturday ¹⁄₃₁. Sure enough the order was never put in. The GM provided the worst customer service. Not once did he apologize or ask how to make it right. I will stick to Dunk N Doughnuts. GM should be fired.

This is the first Krispy Kreme that I’ve ever been to so I don’t have any comparisons to make.
However, what I can say is that the service I have received there, thus far, has been good. Everyone that I have had interaction with has been pleasant and helpful so, no complaints there.
The coffee here is passable and who doesn’t like their doughnut holes???
They have a drive thru and outdoor seating if you want to enjoy this cold, crisp sub-​freezing weather…

Its Krispy Kreme, hot light or not, a fix. Only ever get a dozen glaze– almost $ 1 a donut now but good for one time a year fix. Maybe Ill expand, but then my waist would do and I try to keep my BMI in Obese and not Extremely obese range so unless I grow 10 inches– Height– or drop 40 lbs, can only do this once a year. But when I do, you cannot eat just one. The sugar fix hits you at 2 and you’re cationic at 4 so watch it. It takes me 20 min to drive home so can’t figure out why there is only 8 left!!!

While we all know that Krispy Kreme donuts are an addictive drug, this location is horrendous. The ass clowns who work here are unhappy, surly, uncommunicative, and slow. Every time I go through the drive through, there’s a problem. And tonight, they left me sitting at the pick up window for 10 minutes (not exaggerating). I watched 3 employees walk by and look at me, but no one came over. The excuse when some woman finally came over? They were changing the drawers. When I asked why someone didn’t just communicate that to me as I was waiting, she shrugged her shoulders. I watched 2 other people drive off because the wait was too long. I’m headed to Dunkin Donuts down the road where the staff seems to care about customers.

Had my first fresh Krispy Kreme doughnut this past Saturday due to the date’s urging. Who knew that if the hot sign is on, that you can get fresh hot doughnuts right off the conveyor belt.
The dough pretty much melts on your tongue. Yeah. It may sound outrageous, but the doughnut was pretty soggy and warm. So for $ 1.09 (?), you can get a freshly made doughnut that hasn’t even hit the shelf yet. I heard that the Boston cream one was another favorite to try if you’re a newbie like me. You can buy a dozen of the originals or mix and match for a couple of bucks more.

These are the best doughnuts ever! Today June 6^th is free doughnut day and the line is a mile long!

I didn’t grow up on Krispy Kremes so I am not a huge fan unless the red hot light is on. When that lights is on a tell my boyfriend he can stop. So every time we drive by he hopes for the light to be red.
This location in particular has slow service with the staff standing away from customers chatting. It also seems pretty dirty to me as well with the cooler bin never fully stocked.

The place has above-​average donuts for a chain shop but below-​average donuts for the specialty shoppes. The glaze are completely amazing when they’re fresh and hot — melt in your mouth! Drive through. :)

I’m not the biggest fan of doughnuts in general and don’t buy them often. However, I absolutely love Krispy Kreme’s Original Glazed doughnuts, so it’s always a treat when someone in my family buys a box of them!
This particular Krispy Kreme is the closest to my house, so it’s most convenient to come to this one — especially because of their drive-​thru! It’s so great to see that the «Hot Doughnuts Now» sign is lit so often, so I’m usually able to enjoy warm, fresh Original Glazed doughnuts when I’m in the mood for them. They’re honestly the best doughnuts I’ve ever had, and it’s like getting a taste of heaven in your mouth when you’re eating one! What’s dangerous is that they’re so delicious that I often want to eat more than one at a time…
In addition to the Original Glazed, I also like the Glazed Kreme Filled doughnut. I don’t even want to think about how many calories there are in one, but the cream inside is a super yummy bonus to the Original Glazed. It’s not some thin, runny cream — it is a fairly thick consistency, not too sweet, and perfectly flavored.
Although my siblings seem to be more adventurous and try different flavors and variations of Krispy Kreme doughnuts, I love the Original Glazed and have no desire to try other crazy flavors.
Overall, this Krispy Kreme location gets 5 stars because of their amazing doughnuts and quick service. My family and I have never had any problem here, the drive-​thru is fast, and the employees have always been friendly. I love it and will continue to go to this location as long as I live in Buford!

I love Krispie Kreme doughnuts! Their original glazed doughnuts are OMG so good! I’m not a fan of their cake doughnuts, but who goes here for those anyways?
