I’ve been a customer since 2012. Since then I have tried 1 different salon and even experimented on my hair. I will never go to any other salon or even think about touching my own hair. My hair guru Amanda always helps me to achieve the look I want.

I have been a client at Kathy Adams Salon for 8 years now. I absolutely love this place. I have had a variety of services performed– Cut, Color, Hilites, Brazilian Blowouts, Keratin Treatments, and even Extensions! They even offer MakeUp Tutorials too! How cool is that?!? The Staff always seems to stay 10 steps ahead of the game! When ever I hear of a new Coloring technique or Style, I can say with that I heard it first at KAS! The talent at this salon is top notch! I love that the staff never seems to change! I get greeted by name by all of the receptionists as soon as I walk in! It’s always a great Experience here! You can truly feel the comradery between the staff members! Everyone helps everyone & I love seeing that! When you are there you truly feel like you are apart of their Family! Thank you for 8 wonderful Years Kathy and Adam! You guys are truly amazing! No wonder you have been BEST OF GWINNETT for the last 5 years!!! Looking forward to my next appointment!

Here is an honest review, I used to go to KAS when it was at the mall several years ago. I moved downtown and spent several years at Van Michaels. When I moved back to the area, I went back to KAS in their new location. The girl I regularly see now is on maternity leave (My mom and I both love Jill), but I decided to get highlights this summer. I saw another stylist and got a little sticker shock when I paid the bill. I think it was a case of mismanaged expectations. But here’s the thing, when I expressed my disappointment, Kathy, the owner, went out of her way to fix the problem. She wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with my hair and that I got a good value. She made sure I felt like I was heard. I feel so much better now and will continue to come back.
