OMG, I should’ve done my homework first. When I initially called for repair services, the guy was very nice and most of all professional. The so called repair guy who was not the person I talked to over the phone initially seemed ok when he came out, but when he told me what the cost would be to repair, I told him I woild call him later to go with the repairs. When I called, I had to leave messages and I didn’t get a call back until the next day. The office manager is what she called herself alled to say she needed a deposit of $ 100 in order to order the parts and to go ahead with the repairs, when I stated I wasn’t going to give my information over the phone she became a rude person stating that repairs could nit be done. I told her that the repair guy that came out never mentioned anything about a deposit and that it was not my fault that he didn’t state to me that in order to go ahead with repairs I needed to pay $ 100 deposit which I would have done, but I told her that I wasn’t going to give my information over the phone. But after reading the reviews, they can have the $ 45 and kiss my…, if you’re reading this first run do not use this company. I didn’t even want to rate them a 1 star.

Felt like I should update this review. Last week the same dryer they fixed went out again and I called them because although I had a bad experience they corrected the problem last time. So to give them another chance I scheduled for them to come out on a Monday, I had someone sit at my house all day it was a no show. We called numerous times in 3 different days and left messages. No one ever responded or answered the phone. I guess they remembered me and didn’t want to risk another review, big mistake! Always follow up with your customers especially the ones who are not satisfied!

Loved the same day service. However the repairman wasn’t friendly at all. Seemed rushed, like it was an inconvenience to be there. The service charges were outrageous! (Found that out afterwards when I inquired with other repair shops.) The work was sloppy. Did not properly replace all of the screws. One was missing which I happened to find in replacement part box that was almost thrown away! The others were either installed sideways or not all the way. HUGE inconvenience for me because I had to go back and tighten up and reinstall the screws. I do not recommend and will never use this company again!
