The Billion Nails

I should have updated this review ages ago.
I come here often. It’s a good location for me. The place has been picked up, was ages ago, and it looks great.
They have so many colors here you should be able to find plenty of options.
The prices are fair, they take mc and visa without issue (prefer tip in cash), and usually there’s not too long a wait. They do make appointments on Mondays I think, but I’ve never tried that.
Parking in the lot usually available but it’s a busy lit so be careful.

I went there to get my nails redone, and I leave with my nails looking worse then I came in. I brought in a photo of a shape I wanted, compared to the shape I had on. To make a long story short I told her It’s not what I wanted, and the lady told me to go to the place that I had my nails done before. Not to mention I was there for two hours Wow.

This place is a NIGHTMARE! My mom gave me a gift cert here for my birthday this year for a mani pedi. I usually do all of this at home because, quite frankly, I’m just better and more clean about the whole things and I like them to be kept up and it’s impractical to go so often. Anyways, i got a pedicure, charged $ 5 extra to scrub my feet? i went with my sister and my friend, my sister and i got taken right away for the pedi and my friend sat by herself for 30 mins with no magazines or even asked what she wanted. I filed my nails before I went, as i do everyday adn told her that — she then proceeded to agree that she heard me and then shaved off all my nails!!! I was LIVID! I wanted a gel manicure which is the whole reason why I went– that was a disaster. She didn’t listen to a word I said, and kept getting frustrated and nasty with me. I was trying to keep it together but when i figured out that she didn’t know what a «natural line» was on the nail i knew i was in trouble. she did the worst french ever, you would think it was her first time and she was like 50. Finally after going back and forth several times with her trying to fix it i threw my hands in the air and said take it off. This was after 2 hours had gone by and she was getting no where and i certainly wasn’t going to look at a botched nail job for 2 weeks.
Needless to say she handled the situation terrible — ruined my nails, i left with half gel on half gel off and it wasn’t a peacful leaving she started screaming at me when she thought i wasn’t going to pay — but had she been listening i told her i had a gift certificate and i put it on the table — she then chased after me and started screaming about 5 $ — the gift cert was for $ 10 more than i owed her — Idiot!
That’s the last time i go to the cheap nail places… ruined my saturday

This place is amazing! I went and got a gel manicure there and it was so cheap! They were friendly and were cleaning the whole time I was there, sterilizing their equipment and cleaning the store. The manicure I got came out great and looked perfect two weeks later besides the normal growth. There was no lifting of the polish or chipping at all. I’m definitely going back and will recommend them to anyone!
