This is hands down the cleanest, nicest Subway I’ve ever been to. First off, I was going to eat there in the dining area, after shopping, and my sub was placed on paper in a basket. Very smart! Instead of being wrapped in paper and put in a plastic bag, which is totally unnecessary if I’m eating there. Loved the conservation effort there. Smart!
The employees were friendly, swift, responsive, helpful… And we all know that’s not true of employees at every Subway… So their good work ethic was appreciated.
I also must comment on their hygiene. They were in the back, baking Italian rolls, and had gloves on, etc. Both made it a point of taking off their gloves, washing their hands, and putting on clean gloves before making subs for customers. I’ve never seen employees do that at any other Subway! Totally impressed!!!
Again I’ve seen some plain old terrible customer service and work ethic at some Subways (the one in Walmart and on Transit and North French come to mind first). But this one was clean (even the bathroom was tidy!), the employees were on it, they conserved on waste. For a Subway, this is a 5-​star establishment.
