I couldn’t give a better review or more sincere recommendation. Having decided (wisely or not) to switch from Time-​Warner to Verizon service, obviously not appreciating all the consequences of changing TV/​phone/​internet services simultaneously, we were rescued thanks to the assistance from the Speaker Shop staff. Acknowledged as experts by the Verizon technician after he had made the requisite Verizon changes, the Mike and Mike from Speaker Shop were the consummate professionals — knowledgeable, patient, innovative, fun to work with, going the «extra mile» in several ways, including talking on phone for more than 30 minutes to a Verizon representative to resolve an issue.
For my wife, who is hearing impaired, I could not ask for a better outcome. For myself, I could not be more appreciative.

I could not have asked for better experiences the two times I bought TVs from the Speaker Shop. One was decades ago and the other time about six years ago.
Their prices were comparable to big box stores when I factored in all the extras; and, most importantly, for a non electronically competent person like me, they delivered and set up everything.

The Speaker Shop truly is a one-​of-​a-​kind business. They have great business ethics, and I can trust the advice I get from the workers. Their salesmen aren’t there to just make a sale, but to sell you products that best suits YOUR needs. The Speaker Shop dominates Stereo Advantage in terms of customer service, employee knowledge, and product quality. Many smaller businesses have a tough time competing with online prices, but the Anthem MRX 300 I purchased at the Speaker Shop was cheaper than any price I found online.
I’m surprised that I’m the first person to review this place because I thought their would have been 30+ 5 star reviews. The Speaker Shop has been around for over 35 years for a reason, and should be on top of the list for places to go when looking for HiFi equipment.
