I bought a groupon to get a mani-pedi before graduation, otherwise I probably wouldn’t have found this because it is a little out of the way for me. The parking lot is tiny. The lady who did my nails was very nice. However, the nail polish selection was slim pickings. If the equipment and décor could be touched up a bit it would definitely heighten the quality of service and experience. My pedicure came out better than my manicure, polish on a few of my nails came out rippled and she nicked one and did a poor job fixing it. I would not have paid the $ 44 they charge for a mani-pedi but for the $ 20 I paid for the groupon it was a good value.

Came here for the first time as Kim came recommended by our Korean friends. My boyfriend has really difficult hair so it has to be cut a certain way or it just looks… lets just say it’s not pretty… We walked in and Kim promptly sat him down and got right to work. She’s pretty quick and does a good job in cutting men’s hair according to their hair texture, length, and style. According to my boyfriend, «I would definitely come back.» The only draw back would be the steep price for the cut. **SIDETIP: Parking area is pretty unconventionally situated. Its probably smart to just park in the lot in the strip mall next door because it can get difficult to get out if you don’t park properly into a spot.

I purchased a Groupon for a massage and facial. I booked the massage and facial at least three weeks before going. The week before my appointment I was called and told the person who was going to give me a massage is going to be on vacation and I would need to reschedule. I was disappointed because I was on vacation the week I was having it done and asked them didn’t you know this person was going to be on vacation when I booked it. This person didn’t know because she did not book my appointment. So I scheduled for another appointment. When I got the salon for my facial I was taken in the back behind a curtain and then into a room. The noise outside the room was so loud, between the employees talking right outside the room, the hairdryers and the customers getting there hair done it was not relaxing at all. Even the technician commented on it. I got so frustrated at one point that I asked the technician to go outside and tell the other employees to lower there voices. My last compliant is the technician apologized about the massage being cancelled and she told me the person who was suppose to give me a massage decided at the last minute to take a vacation. I guess his boss or the owner doesn’t care that a massage already booked. i contacted Groupon about this and they gave me a full refund. I cancelled my massage and will never go back there again.

I went here with some sort of daily deal to get a manicure/pedicure. It was fine and my toes look nice. The best part about it was how fast they were. Sometime you might like to get your nails done as a relaxing escape, this isn’t really that place. It is labeled a spa but there is a lot of hustle and bustle. I don’t mind that because I get annoyed when it takes 2 hours to paint your toes. I was a bit put off by how much profanity was spoken … I am not normally shocked and wouldn’t find this odd at a bar or something, but it was off-putting to hear it at a spa. I also felt like I was being interrogated by the nail tech. She asked a stream of questions about where I work, how many kids I have, what their names are… I know it is just being friendly but often she didn’t even wait for me to answer before she fired the next question at me Things that were kinda awkward: (1) the parking lot. Depending on where you park in the lot, you might have a hard time getting out!( 2) the bathroom sink. She had me go wash my hands but it was one of those sinks where you have to hold it on with one hand… made it pretty hard to wash the scrubby stuff they used off my hands (3) The spa chairs are uncomfortable and don’t have a massage function. Without a massage function, I would just sit in a regular chair. There are two chairs and the other one had a controller so maybe it works and they just didn’t want to let me use it? (4) they don’t use dividers or tissue paper between your toes so when i got home I realized that I had polish on the sides of my toes. easy to remove… but weird to have to.

Pro Image did my wedding hair and makeup as well as the hair and makeup of my bridal party(6 of us total!). I thought they did a great job, everyone looked fantastic and fantastic ALL day(weddings are long days in buffalo). I cant say enough about how prompt they were, quick, clean, and pleasant to spend the morning with. Did I mention that they came to my house– how organized is that? Highly recommended!

I get my haircut from Kim and while I don’t think she’s a skilled hairstylist, she’s still better than Supercuts. I know that’s not saying much but in Buffalo since it’s not uncommon seeing Asians walking around with bad haircuts in the area. She doesn’t take long cutting hair and charges you $ 17 per session, which is a bit steep, but she’s booked solid regardless because she can somewhat cut Asian hair. After cutting your hair, she will rinse your hair in the sink and may even style it for you. Make sure to make an appointment and make sure you’re speaking to Kim because otherwise, you’ll get the other lady. They both have their own phone numbers so make sure you know who you’re calling.
