Oak Tree Inn

Clean comfortable room. Paid $ 124 and received two $ 8 vouchers for breakfast at restaurant which shares the parking lot with a hotel.
The night manager was very friendly and checked us in to this quiet hotel. It’s not on the road which makes it hard to find but there’s no traffic noise from the main street that you can hear.
Our room came with, coffee maker, an ironing board, LG flatscreenTV, microwave, and small refrigerator.
Three pillows for bed which were too fat and bedside sconces were very bright with only one setting. 3.5 stars overall.

Good bang for your buck. Conveniently located near Walden. No frills but comfy king beds with nice sized rooms. For the price you cannot go wrong. They also have breakfast coupons which is awesome.

This little gem was an amazing find on priceline got a great deal at this 2* inn. Was clean and spacious. The reviews below freaked me out upon arrival I search and looked for the negatives and it wasn’t true for my visit .I visited Oct 3 2014. Staff was good service. The room was spacious 2 beds and the shower with tub the pressure of water was good nice and hot with massaging nodes. You can change temperature of water the shower handles to change water temperature was a bit tricky but played around and got the hang of it. Beds were comfortable and nice. The heating in the room could get loud. The LCD TV was very good great channels lots to choose from. The inn is very near to lots of eating places with dunkin donuts and Tim Horton’s just right outside. Walden galleria is within walking distance a good 20 minute walk across the street. The only con was there was no airport shuttle or shuttle service at this inn. Everything worked good the WiFi was surprisingly fast and I watched movies and played some online games very good. Definitely coming back here for a stay. The free vouchers to altons restaurant were greatly appreciated.

Bed bug infested. rooms reak of cig smoke or wet dog. Horrible sevrvice, business hotel.

I booked a room for me and my sister for the weekend. We arrived for check in at 4pm and our double bed room wasnt ready, so they offered for us a room with one king sized bed instead. My sister flops like a flounder while she sleeps and sharing a bed with her is not an option so I said I’d rather wait for the double room to be ready. In the mean time, they let us hang out in the king sized room, and even gave us gift cards for dinner at the restaurant next door for our trouble.
Also noteworthy: when they say they offer free breakfast, were not talking muffins and dry toast — its at the restaurant next door which has huge delicious breakfast choices. Also the hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Walden Galleria Mall.

Stayed here about a month ago. Very clean and updated. Allows dogs at no extra charge. Friendly staff. Breakfast included with your stay.

I give this three stars in its category, which is an economy hotel. If you are looking for a clean, no frills, inexpensive place to spend the night, this will work nicely. We chose this over all the other similar options in the are because they allow pets at no additional charge. The Residence Inn was charging $ 100 for pets … On a $ 125 rate, that seems excessive!
