Called to get pricing on a chair I saw on their website — the gentleman told me they don’t do pricing over the phone and that I would have to come in. He then asked me what model it was and I told him, and he said they didn’t have that in stock it would have to be ordered and for me to «bring the numbers in.»
My response: «I have the SKU number right here…»
Him: «I don’t do nothing over the phone.»
Me: «So I have to drive there, come in for something that I can’t even look at because you don’t have it in stock but to give you SKU numbers that I can just as easily give you over the phone.»
Him: «Yes.»
We just moved here and need to furnish an over 2k square foot house, but this place will never get my business. What a ridiculous way to run a business.
