I needed repairs to an antique ring. The band was broken. Melting point offered a totally different solution to replacing the shank of the ring. Instead they proposed to merge it with my wedding band, solving several other problems and reversible. I was beyond happy. Nice work.

Month ago, I needed to buy a present to give it to my mother in her birthday, and after a long thinking I have decided to buy her a necklace, Melting Point Jewelers and another jewelry shops here in Buffalo were recommended by some friends but I have chosen Melting Point Jewelers, first of all, their jewelry were favorable to my mom age, the price was acceptable and the shop owner — I think — was very kind and helpful, therefore, I’m too — as my friends and the reviewer — recommended this jewelry shop.

My wife and I stumbled across this gem of a jewelry shop while scouring the internet for a place to make our wedding rings. You are supposed to make an appointment but we just rang the bell and the owner Diana invited us up with open arms. Wedding ring shopping can be a daunting task, especially if you aren’t sure what you want but Diana made us feel comfortable and confident working with her right from the start. We met with her a total of three times and the entire process took less than a month. The first meeting was a «get to know you» type of deal and she asked us to send her some pictures to give her an idea of the types of rings we liked. The next time we met with her we brainstormed and gave her some ideas of what we wanted, what we didn’t want, and she took care of the rest! The last meeting consisted of her presenting us with wax molds of our rings to get our final blessing before she had them made. The prices were very reasonable and Diana made sure to let us know that she could save us money if we needed to stay within a particular budget by tinkering with the rings in a way that wouldn’t even be noticeable to the naked eye. She even upgraded the diamond on my wife’s ring at no charge, and we also bought two necklaces from her to give to our mothers. I will most definitely go back to Melting Point for all of my jewelry needs in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy jeweler.
