McDonald’s

Lets clear some stuff first… I love McDonalds… lol Its cheap, fills the tummy and fries are to die for! :D
This location is near the Buffalo airport. The service is fast and the server are not rude. The seating is pretty nice, and washrooms are clean.
There is parking on the location and they have free Wifi.

This is the WORST McDonald’s ever! First off, there is no sign with the hours of operation posted which I have seen at just about every other McDonald’s that I have been. The employees have been rude and would not fix food orders what were wrong. I have even been served hot water when I asked fro coffee. Then today, they decide to keep the doors locked and had customers waiting outside and in the drive-​thru line just to be told they were not opening after waiting for 15 minutes. I don’t know about anyone else but I will NEVER visit that location again and I will make sure I tell people not to go there and I will tell people looking for a job not to even apply to that location. Corporate honestly needs to come in and shut down that location all together,.

If you wanna Mack on some Donalds, then I guess you have to choose between Rumsfeld and Sutherland, and that seems like an absolutely disgusting proposition. So I would suggest that you just not.
Especially not at this location, where the manager actually accused me of lying when I told him awhile back that my sweet tea was actually not sweet. The replacement cup was also not sweet, and he wouldn’t give me a soda instead. Nor could I get my cash back. He said to make a phone call or write a letter. I was very surprised as most of the time these awful chains at least follow the «customer is always right» mentality.
I came here last night and the girl working here was super super cute. However every time I looked at her, all I could see was the manager (who looked like George Costanza, with a bit more hair and a few more pounds), telling me to submit a complaint in writing and that my complaint could not possibly be genuine.
And by the way I guess you’d have to choose Sutherland wouldn’t you. You could just imagine it was his son.

Almost a waste of a pit stop.
I had a flight in the morning and wanted to get combo #2, sausage egg mcmuffin and while I wait, use the free wifi.
Service is very poor. I have worked for Mcd’s and the standard is high. The frontline cashiers did their job, they served the line. It was the packers that moved like snails. First off their uniforms were dirty, wrinkled and just plain sloppy looking. Besides looking poor, the attitudes were unfriendly. There was very poor time and order management.
My favourite is the breakfast number 2, thats why I go back.

After flying into Buffalo Niagara International Airport early one morning — I stopped in here for breakfast. Had a Sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin value meal — with orange juice.
The McMuffin came up fresh and hot. The hash brown was hot and crisp. Food was tasty as fast food goes!
