THIS HAS CLOSED DOWN.
Louise’s would be a shop dedicated to my ex-​gf Louise and the Louise from the Human League’s awesome song «Louise» from the 1980s. Unfortunately this is not that place.
This shop is now closed. I went there only once, sometime last summer, and I had a decent hot dog from there (typical Louie’s). I have no idea why this place did not survive given that it is directly across from UB South Campus, but it did not.
However you can go to Louie’s over on Delaware, or better yet the one just to the south of the 33 on Bailey Ave, a couple miles south of UB South Campus, which is the original Louie’s (moved a few blocks, but basically).

This location is right across the street from the South Campus of UB. I was craving a Texas Red Hot and knew this was the place to go. What impressed me on that day was every employee spoke/​greeted me. One even introduced himself. Very Impressed!
