Knockout Lockout

I can’t account for others’ previous experience with this company. However, I foolishly locked myself out of my vehicle on a cold Sunday morning and Knockout Lockout arrived well within the eta. The gentleman who assisted me was polite despite according to him, «having done this all night.» I was back into my car in less than 5 minutes. As far as service, it was top notch.

WORST company ever!!! Used this because of VW roadside assistance. The guy took my wheel lock!!! They are rude and trashy. Call someone else

THIS COMPANY IS USELESS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. IF YOU ARE DESPERATE CALL ANYONE ELSE AND WAIT THAT EXTRA TIME, DO NOT RELY ON THEM. Our Insurance company first made the call to them at 2am. The driver kept calling my husband and asking him where he was located and my husband told him. At 3:30 after my Insurance company made 2 more calls to them and me making a call to them I was told their truck broke down and they had to dispatch another one of their trucks and it would be another 45 mins. In between the driver kept calling my husband for his location and my husband would tell him. At one point my husband called the driver and left him a voice mail and the driver couldn’t even return the call or call the Insurance company. When I called the company and spoke to the dispatch I told her we were going to cancel the call and the Insurance company was going to dispatch someone else. She said she would have to call the Insurance company and found out if that was true because I couldn’t cancel it. In the mean time the dispatch tried to tell me she has been trying to call my husband 7 – 8 times and he wasn’t answering his phone. Funny how their wasn’t one call from her on his phone. At 4:15am my husband gets a call from the driver saying he was one minute away. Guess What it was 20 minutes later. Our Insurance company did dispatch someone else but they got their first. My times may be off by a few minutes or so but the bottom line is THIS COMPANY IS USELESS. I HAVE CALLED OUR INSURANCE COMPANY AND FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THEM.
