Do not go here unless you want to wait hours & not for good service either! I have been going to Nail studio & spa which I loveeeeeee I had my acrylic nails on for 4 whole weeks no breaks no chipping nothing of course I had gel polish but after I went here to get a fill the next day I broke two nails I came back to Exotic nails immediately thinking they will fix my two nails with no problem they made me wait a whole hour which I do not think is fair I had to take time out my day which I never have time which is why I waited 4 weeks to get my nails done again, they should have fixed my nails with no problem right away since they obviously didn’t do them right the first time, I am not & will not ever attend Exotic Nails ever again! AWFUL SERVICE!!!

I love how my nails looked thin and natural in the end. This is the first place I have tried since I moved to Buffalo this year. I will definitely go again. This place can be really busy so I suggest that you book an appointment before you go!

Michael is amazing. Does great work, and fast! My fill, polish and design took half and hour at the most. Make an appointment though as he books quick!

I used to go to another place until I saw how they treated their employees and walk-​ins – this other place is award winning (why?) but I’m abandoning it for Exotic Nails.
I’ve been here a few times as a walk-​in for gel nails or pedicures. This place is fast and efficient and clearly has a lot of regulars. I enjoy the quality of the services I have received and will continue to give them my business.
This the place to go to get your nails done, not to hang out and be seen. It’s unassuming and unpretentious, and they take credit cards. It’s just what I need.

I have been going here for a while & there great! I get thee most crazy things done to my nails &at his is the only place that is able too hook me up!

Small place in the strip center across from Home Depot on Elmwood. They have 6 nail stations and then a few pedicure areas as well.
When I was there I was the only customer, mid day. The woman who did my nails was fast and effective. There were two men there as well, assume they do nails if it gets busier.
I think the place has been there for some time as it looks nice and has a lot of «personal touches».
3 stars. Fine place to get nails done if in the area.
