I only go to Dunkin Donuts for 2 things: the coffee coolata, and the cherry coolata. I’ve tried the foods here before and I’m not a fan. The microwaved, fast-​food deal doesn’t work well for me. I’m also not a fan of the doughnuts. They don’t compare to many other doughnut chains by far. But as I mentioned, the coolatas are a hit!!!

This is a bare bones Dunkin Donuts that caters to the downtown business crowd and some local high school kids. If you’re looking for a sit down experience or something nicer, try one of the many other coffee shops a block or 2 down Chippewa.
That being said, if you’re grabbing to go this is a perfectly fine location. The staff is mostly pleasant, well trained and helpful. The menu is a standard DD menu (including promotional drinks and food). There’s a small selection of take home coffee as well.

Location was great for me since I was staying at the comfort suites located across the street. Coffee was good. Selections of breakfast sandwiches was pretty cool. I got a turkey cheese and bacon sandwich on Texas toast.

Located downtown this is an easy DD to walk to. The layout makes great use of an oddly shaped space. This is a business persons DD given the location. No drive thru.
Genesis (shift manager according to her nameplate) was showing a shocking amount of skin when I was here recently. Shirt far too small to cover torso. Breasts bouncing in full view. I mention this as it was really quite out of character for a DD and given the business district location of this DD even more surprising to walk into the «view». Rest of staff appropriately attired.
Service very pleasant. Seating fine. Great people watching window. I’d come back here given the super friendly staff. But the manager «attire» remains burned into my memory. Sigh.

Conveniently located on Main Street, this Dunkin Donuts has fast friendly service. It is nice and clean. They accept coupons which is a plus for those of us on a budget. The drinks and food are always delicious and the appropriate temperature! It’s a great place to stop in if you’re on your way to the theater or to the metro rail

The cashier in a dirt white polo shirt was playing with her hair while she took my order. She was rude and unapologetic when they did not have my bagel choice. The coffee server was commenting how dirty the counter was and the only redeeming point about the visit is the girl cooking my bagel gave me a new one when she dropped mine. I’ll be skipping this DD forever.
