AM & A’s Warehouse Lofts

Great spacious downtown luxury apartments that are in walking distance of everything important that one may need. Lots of on and off street parking as well. I like these lofts because of the modern interior décor such as but not limited to: hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel kitchen appliances and up to date, contemporary bathroom fixtures to boot. The maintenance staff here is very helpful and will assist you with almost any problem that you may have. The common areas are kept spotless and organized. The large bay double hung windows which are typical in most of the units let in a lot of natural sun light to keep your mood elevated on those cold dreary winter days. The amenities are fair and include 2 laundry rooms and a work out room. The gym is just ok and hence my 4 stars. This property is a solid 4.5 stars on all other facets. The property manager Jason really cares about making you comfortable and happy which makes a difference.
