24/7 Laundromat

I come here to do my laundry all the time. It is located right at the corner of Sheridan an Belmont in Tonawanda. It is right next door to the Dunkin Donuts that I always frequent when I come here for my weekly or bi-​monthly laundry errands. It’s located in a great area where I feel safe if I come here after the sun has set.
The place is open ²⁴⁄₇ and doesn’t have a normal station where you would go to an attendant if you have questions. It is very clean, the machines are plentiful and I think work better than some places that I have gone to in the past. There is a bathroom available that is stocked and maintain if needed.
There is the normal change machines (4 total) and (2) product machines if you forget your items. There is a big mix of small washers for 2 loads up to 4+ loads. I think the dryers are big and work pretty well.
I’m a frequent visitor of this place an have no had problems.

I really like this place. It’s a hidden gem of laundry, if that’s not as silly as it sounds.
The staff is responsive (I once lost a 20 in the change machine, they returned my call the next day, and issued a check including a free wash, which was — wow.) The place is kept clean, and the people who go there are friendly.
Not a lot of people say this anymore, but buffalo is known as the ‘city of good neighbors’. This place really demonstrates that. This serves as a little break from my adult life, and I’ve gotten to meet a few people here in the process.
