Ultra Handy

Ultra Handy was not what I expected. I had to rearrange my dates a few times, my fault not theirs, but when Greg did come out, I didn’t truly feel as though he cared about my satisfaction. He told me that he would measure my screen door for sizing before he left, and forgot. I called that evening and left a message asking if he could stop by and leave a note on the door, but instead I received a voicemail about how I could do it myself, which was not what I paid for! He also indicated that he would send me a quote for interior painting, which I never received, and it’s been over one month. He charged me $ 25 for parts, although I believe the only part used was about two three-​inch lines of caulk. I supplied all other parts. He also took several personal phone calls while I was being charged for that time. I won’t be using them again.

Greg is great! Did some work around the townhouse today. Professional, courteous, effective and honest. Highly recommend.

Greg is a great person and an excellent handyman. I have hired him for several projects that required a lot of creative problem-​solving. Greg never fails to figure it out, no matter what. He is friendly, professional, careful and precise.

So this handy guy Greg shows up for my kitchen plumbing issue. He was basically more focused about how much is going to cost to fix and less about being helpful and looking deep into the plumbing problems. He told me that he has some other urgent work to be done, quoted high repair cost and simply left. Poor customer service.

Ultra Handy is a great home services company. Professional work, very clean, affordable. and appointments and schedules are on time. They do work all over the North Shore and Northwest Suburbs. Highly recommended, give them a call for handyman or home remodeling work
